"On the bed! Hurry!" Jaden yelled. They slammed Jarahn's bloody body onto the bed and started to hook him up onto the machine. "Stay with us Jarahn!" Jaden demanded.

"What's happening?!" Karen was panicking, witnessing Jarahn grab onto life.

"Karen, you should wait out here..." Jaden says while pushing the bed into the infirmary. Karen nodded and she backed off as they rushed away.

"Jarahn, stay strong buddy..." Jaden says while putting on his doctor gear. Lakota examined the suit, seeing all that happened to it.

"Suit's beat up...First Aid shot was used so it shouldn't be that rough." Lakota says. Jaden starts to take the torso part of the suit and studies the wounds.

"Yikes...these are some nasty cuts. Very sharp blade...I can't believe he kept going..."

"His willpower is enough to keep him going. Start stitching, I'm gonna fetch something that should help..." Lakota leaves the infirmary and finds Karen on the other side of the door. "Karen...we're trying our best. You should sit down." Lakota says. She proceeds to her lab to find the shots. Jaden's eyes widened as the machine starts to beep rapidly.

"He's going into Cardiac Arrest! Lakota! Hurry!" Jaden yelled. He starts to charge up the defibrillator. "Clear!" He yells. He then sends the shock into him. "No luck..." Jaden says as he starts to cry. Lakota rushed in and impale him with the needle she then pressed hard as the liquid starts to flow through his body. The machine beeps as it flatlined.

"No..." Jaden whispered as tears rushed down his face. Lakota stared at his body, immediately blaming herself. "No. No. No. No." Jaden repeated. Lakota started to sob loudly and instantly their crying was interrupted.

"ARGH!" I screamed to the top of my lungs, I sat up quickly and looked around cautiously while breathing heavily. Bright lights blinded me and I couldn't see a thing. "is...this...heaven...?" I ask while squinting my eyes. I struggle to breathe and my sight starts to clear, it's Jaden and Lakota, they were recently crying. "I died...didn't I?" I ask. Jaden nods slowly and starts to wipe his face, I then receive a hug from the both of them, plus Karen also running in to hug me. "Guys...I don't mean to be that guy but this hurts a lot." I barely say. They release the hug and Jaden starts to speak.

"Those stitches...they should take about three weeks to heal...you have a bad concussion, and I'm not sure how your insides are okay," Jaden explains, trying to remain calm.

"My serum, it healed you. The side effects are intense pain on the outer parts of the wound...where you were stabbed, and a few scars, it should be in a lot of pain for a few days. You might be on break for a bit...plus, your suit was damaged...bad." Lakota explained. Right after those words, all the pain rushed at me at once. I wince quietly and lie back down on my back.

"How bad? From 1 to 10?" I asked.

"8 and a half."

"Damn...when would the suit be repaired?" I asked. I felt pretty devastated, that was my first real suit and now it's destroyed.

"I've been thinking of starting from scratch since you no longer only fight amateur gang members, we should up the gear," Lakota explained. I nod. She makes a lot of sense.

"Yeah, and the pain might restrict you from doing the things you normally do. Plus, your wrist is still kind of jacked, not to mention you have a crazy concussion, I also have to run a test for brain trauma." Jaden explained. "Don't sleep until I run tests."
