"What the heck Pikachu?!"
"I-I'm sorry I didn't mean to!"
"It's ok Kami. Bakubro calm down."
Todoroki used his fire to light up some candles. "Okay, we need to go up and get the emergency flashlights. We can go in groups." Shoto handed some candles out to people and they all started walking to the elevator and stairs.
Kaminari walked with Kirishima with a sad embarrassed face. Kirishima noticed as they walked. "Kami what's wrong?" Kaminari sighed.
"It's all my fault. Everyone's mad at me now." He said looking away. Kirishima looked at him.
"We're not mad at you. It was just an accident." Kirishima flashed a smile at him. Kaminari blushed and looked away again. Honestly the butterflies were too much.
"Aww he looks so cute." Kirishima thought to himself. "Wait what? He's your best bro!" Eijiro shook his head.
They went to Denki's room first. Kaminari went in, Kirishima following. In the room everything was a mess.
"Geez Kami, it looks like a tornado hit here!" Kirishima said jokingly.
"Sorry, I was looking for something." Kaminari said, looking in a drawer for the flashlight. He rooted around until he saw it. "Here it is."
Soon after, they went to Kirishima's dorm to get his flashlight, but the batteries were dead.
"Dang. I guess I'll just share with you then if that's ok." Kirishima said.
"Uh y-yeah ok." Denki stuttered.
They went downstairs to meet up with everyone else while Denki was trapped in his own thoughts. Kirishima went to go talk with Bakugo and Kaminari sat down next to Deku talking to Iida.
"Hold on. You're telling me, you have never heard of a vine?!" Deku asked. "No, I have not. What is it?"
Kaminari walked away because he didn't want to get involved in that mess. Instead he sat on a beanbag chair, completely spacing out. His thoughts then went to his feelings.
"You like him don't you?" Slanted Bold is Kaminari talking to himself.
"What? He's just a friend, for the last time."
"Yeah ok whatever. He wouldn't like you back anyways." Kaminari's heart almost ripped apart at these words.
"He would probably go for Bakugo instead of you. Who would like you anyways?" Kaminari looked over at Kirishima and Bakugo with a sad look.
"You're not good enough for anyone to like you. No one would love you." Denki tried to push these thoughts away.
"You're not helping, you're just being mean."
"But I'm telling the truth aren't I?"
Kaminari couldn't take it. He tried to ignore the voice, but it somehow got louder.
"You're a nobody."
Kaminari struggled to fight the voice, but soon found him falling asleep.
