Chapter 6 Where. Is. She.

I'm back. She will rue the day she stole my computer! But you did need another point of view so, that works. Now we didn't care if any of us got left behind (sorry Oliver but it's true at this point in time) But if we had another distraction we would have to make it there by next week, and that's at best! I mean it may be Friday but it still counts even if it's just two days! Why did I even try this?
"Why does this take so long? It isn't even that far away from us! This is why I'm not to keen on road trips." I mean it's true this is exactly like a road trip, but slower. You can see roads for miles but we're on the sidelines and not in the road. If we were I wouldn't exactly be alive. Also half the people on the road are drunk right now and the cops are going a little fast.
"We have to get to the other side. Run in 3. 2. 1." I almost hit the road when she yelled. "WAIT, STOP!" a car zoomed past right as she told me to stop. "Now go." We stopped at every line to make sure we didn't get pulverized by the car.
The last lane was the hardest by far, cars/motorcycles raced by the entire time. It took quite a long time for all of the cars to settle down. Like how long it took me to pronounce floccinaucinihilipilification. (Its Focks-en-oxen-isle-Phil-a-pa-cake-shon but more loose) So we waited five minutes and they finally stopped driving! We jumped to the end when Bianca asked,
"Is everyone here Blair? You OK?"
"Yup I'm all good just a little bit annoyed about how IT TOOK FIVE MINUTES TO GET BY ONE LANE." She then continued to state. "I'm all good."
"Now let's make sure you have no wounds or scabs or anything." She checked and saw no real wounds.
"You're all good." Bianca made a thumbs up.
"Better be."
"Just checking for goddesses sake."
"Speaking of gods and goddesses." I pointed at Apollo.
"Can't die he's a god, he'll be fine as far as I can see."
"Don't bet on it."
"I won't, Oliver what about you-" Bianca didn't see Oliver anywhere. (Ya thanks Sherlock) "Where's Oliver? Did you see her anywhere? Where is she. She doesn't ever do this when I check for wounds."
"I haven't seen her in 4 hours now that I think about it." Now I'm stating to really worry. She's grown on to me.
"She... she ran away." Bianca was frightened of the possibility.
"She probably just... fell asleep!"
"Ya sure let's go with that, she fell asleep." Bianca couldn't bare to leave her sister behind.
"No. She's here." Bianca said.
"She's really not." Blair stated back.
"She is" SHE IS NOT DUDE.
"She's-"
"Not. She's not." Apollo interrupted. "She fell asleep back there."
So, he magically wakes up, and so rudely interrupts our conversation to burst Bianca's saddened bubble she's crying in. Not cool man. Not cool at all. Also again so rude. He does realize we call him dumb for a reason! Also who laughs like kekekekehehehe? I mean seriously. WHO DOES THAT? Like Kiki then Hehe? Is that really how people sound? This dude has some life changing mental problems. Also not to mention his imitations.
I wonder how Oliver's doing, I mean she doesn't exactly have anyone he knows well with her. Not like I know her well, but we can get to know each other! At least she knows she can trust me from Bianca. Otherwise I wouldn't be very surprised if they both attacked me. Without reason. Maybe even attack me now. Just for sport.
But now I might not know much about them, at least I know that they won't betray me as long as Artemis likes my style. Like seriously come on. They trust in her to make all of their decisions, it just doesn't make much sense.
What if Artemis really did disappear? Who would take her place, and if so how would they maintain all the girls. Would they become a goddess? It just doesn't seem like the best plan to be based off of. Like maybe she could have a co-leader or something. So in times of crisis they could deal with it.
I also like how this is arranged and I don't want it to change. How do they even die? If they're immortal?
"I don't like this." Bianca was staring at a huge cliff in front of us, (by the way it went up) with jagged rock.
"That really does suck. We have to climb it." Now I regret this pathway.
"No we don't. Artemis is the other path." He pointed to a humble meadow.
"You could have at least let her climb it first!" I was trying to prank her dude. At least at the very least he could have allowed her to climb halfway then have to get back down. Just once ONCE I would like a plan of mine to work out.
"Let's make camp and see if Oliver catches up with us in the morning."
We put up tents and sleeping areas for each of us. Apollo getting the pleasure of sleeping in the mud. While on the other hand we got handcrafted beds. It took quite a long time but when the clock struck 10:00 P.M. we finished.
The stars ended up being as beautiful as I've ever seen. Also the first time I could ever see them, city lights sorta block them half the time. Maybe all the time. I've never seen the stars to well. Just a few at a time. It looks so wondrous up in the sky forming all those unique patterns anyone with enough time can memorize and be able to point out every single day.
I've loved my time in the hunt, even if I've only been able to see two of the members. They're the leaders, under Artemis, so they represent most of the people because they influence some of them to make the decisions they choose to make. I love it so far.
