Just like that, I have been living with Itagaki-sensei in this huge mansion. One day, when I was having lunch at home, the doctor came to the counter.
"Hey, Katori-chan. You're almost 13 right?"
I looked up at him and nodded in response while eating.
"Then would you like to continue your studies at school?"
I looked at him, my eyes widen.
"I- I can go back to school?"
" Of course you can, why can't you?" the doctor replied laughing.
I blushed by my words. Then the doctor took out a form.
"Here's a great middle school that I found you could attend to, and I wanted to ask you whether you wanted to change your surname to mine or stick to the one your father gave."
"My surname...?"
"Yes, do you want it change to be Katori Itagaki or still remain as Irimi? I won't force you to change though, so that's why I came asking you."
"I think I'll just keep Irimi, for resemblance of my father." I said with a smile.
The doctor nodded,
"Alright then, you continue your lunch while I help you to fill this form."
I thanked the doctor and continued my lunch.
A few days later, I went to a school named Akitsuki Middle School.
Everything there was cool. I made some friends , my examination results were average. Then slowly, I realized ever since Itagaki-sensei took me in, I felt like my life went back to normal. A normal family life, although he's a ghoul, we're still cool, and also a normal school life.
But ever since I started my second year in Akitsuki Middle School, some girls who were older than me started bullying me.
I think it's because the boys in school claimed that I'm the most innocent and cutest girl in school.
I didn't mean to brag or anything but I think that's the reason why those girls hated me so much.
I didn't fight back because I didn't want to cause so much chaos.
I didn't tell Itagaki-sensei because I didn't want to burden him with my own problems.
I should just bear with it since he has done so much for me.
