Chapter Two

Uraraka opened the door to her home.

She could hear her father working on another invention, so she came in to help him. She always loved helping.

"Ah, Ochako! How has your day been going, sweetie?" He father asked form under his new invention.

"Boring." She responded to her father. "How about you?"

"I think I'm finally ready to head to the festival!" He exclaimed, getting up from under the invention and admiring his work.

"That's amazing!" Uraraka said happily. "When will you leave?"

"Today." He responded proudly.

"I'll miss you, Father!" She wrapped her arms around her Father to give him a right hug.

Ever since her mother died she had gotten closer to her father. She didn't want to loose him.

"I'll miss you too, dear." He returned her embrace.

After Urarakas father left, she heard a knock at the door.

She went to answer it, but immediately regretted doing so.

"Bonjourrrr!" Kaminari greeted her in a weird slurred way.

"..bonjour." She responded, clearly annoyed.

Kaminari strutted right into her house and made himself comfortable on a chair, without Urarakas permission.

"So sweet cheeks, whatya say we get married?" He fantasized with his eyes closed. "Picture this; the children run around chasing the dog while my little wife rubs my feet. There's my freshest kill cooking and everything!"

Uraraka gave him a look of disgust and disbelief. "Yeah I don't know.."

Kaminari began walking towards her, causing her to back up and pin her against the door. "Oh come on.." he said with a smirk.

"I'm sorry Denki, I just don't deserve you!" And with that Ochako opened the door, causing Kaminari to fall face first into a pile of mud.

She sighed and ran off to tend to the chickens.

"Can you believe it? Me! Kaminari's little wife!" She mocked him in annoyance while feeding the chickens.

"Not me.. I want much more to this provincial life!" Uraraka sighed.

Right then she heard her Fathers horse.
