Liar [Vmin]

Phase 14

I was slightly excited to show them my song. I hadn't been allowed to show anything of my own before to Minhyo.

Jin connected it and as I was scrolling through my songs they all waited anxiously.

"Did you write it yourself?" Yoongi asked observing me

"Yes. Well, it's sorta a dark song but I guess it helped me." I said

"Well, we're ready when you're ready." Namjoon said smiling reassuringly

I nodded at Jin and he started the song.

I heard the familar beginning of strings as an almost classical feel to it began. I felt the familar past rush up to me and I allowed that emotion to turn inside me until I finally opened my mouth and sang.

Similar to dancing, singing was also one of my passions. It allowed me to express. It allowed me to release my stress and feelings into music that maybe, just maybe, somebody else could understand.

It was an escape for me and I could do it more often then dancing. It was a way to talk about my insecurities and to tell others how it made me feel.

I finished the song and I smiled slightly to myself.

"You made that?" Namjoon asked breaking the silence

"I know it isn't the best but-"

"No, it was incredible. Where did you...how-....?"

"Only going to major in the chorus..." Yoongi said thinking

"You are now my idol." Jungkook said staring at me in wonder

"I'm not that great, I just made it." I said smiling awkwardly

"No, it was beautiful." Taehyung muttered

D-did I hear correctly?

I slowly looked up to see Taehyung staring at me.

Why would he be surprised? He'd already heard it before when I danced....

"T-thank you." I said bowing respectfully

"You're so cute. And talented now too. I must adopt you." Jin said approvingly "Plus, you're extremely attractive, just like me."

"O-oh, thanks?" I said again feeling more awkward

"How do you guys manage to make him feel uncomfortable in like 3 seconds?" Hoseok asked

"We were just complimenting him, right Jiminie?" Jungkook asked

"Uhm, yeah!" I said nodding

I really wasn't used to compliments...

"Ok so who's next?" Jin asked

"I know!" Namjoon said quickly raising his hand

"Who?" Jin asked glancing at him

"Hoseok and Yoongi hyung." He said a huge smile stretching across his face

Jungkook laughed loudly as Yoongi made a sour face. Hoseok however, seemed to like this idea as he skipped over to Jin and whispered a song to him.

"Come on partner." Hoseok said grabbing Yoongi's hand

As I've mentioned before, Yoongi was the closest in height to me, and although he was still taller, all the other members made him look tiny.

When they started singing I was pleasantly surprised at how well they could sing (Stan Sope you cowards) they were acting super funny as they sang a song called Ostukare. Yoongi really looked happy as they both started jumping and dancing around.
