"it seems their another ship on the other side of the island" Mikasa sighed as she looked at the note from Kenny. "what dose boss want us to do, most ships fear us but we do get a couple that try to attack us hoping to become the new king of the seas" Jean said with worry. "he wants me to check their ship out and see if it might cause us trouble" Mikasa said as she grabbed a towel with the other following. "what dose boss want us to do if they might caught trouble, we cant fight a whole ship with just give of us" Armin said with worry. "i been asked to take care of it, i just make sure they cant fight, you four stay here and keep an eye on the ship" mikasa ordered as she walked back to the edge. "your not planing to swim to their ship and climb aboard alone, cap that crazy" eren yelled with fear. "cap is a swimming and is the best stealthy person on our shop and boss did order her to do so not us, so its best for us to keep shut if you wanna life" the other crew member hissed from the main desk where he was moping. 

"i be back before dark, if they try taking over the ship while i'm swimming then fire a canon, they attracted my uncle and the rest of the crew" Mikasa warned before jumping into the sea again.

Mikasa started swimming to where the ship should be. Her body moved knowing the mission but her thoughts was still stuck on him. Was her eyes playing trick on her when she first saw him. Did she really meet a merman and a handsome one at that. But if she did meet a merman why didn't he try to drown her like merman should. Everyone knows the reason for so many ships sinking and others dying at sea is because of mermaids and merman. Was she just lucky because her crew called her over and he knew he wouldn't be able to beat a whole ship or was he different. Why was she thinking about him so much and not in the bad way like her uncle would. 

Why cant she get him out of her mind and why dose she hope to meet him again. 

Soon mikasa reached the other ship and notice it being another pirate ship. She cursed as she swam closer and started climbing up the back of the ship to get a better look. She didn't pop her head out much, so she wouldn't be spotted by the crew. 

"captain, we heard news that Kenny the Killer is int town" a crew member said with a grin making the captain of the ship smirked. "tonight be the perfect time to finally defeat Kenny the killer and become the new king of the sea" the captain said proudly making his crew cheered. "like an idiot like you could rule the sea" Mikasa whispered and rolled her eyes before lifting a canon flap and climb inside. "cant attack without weapons, can we now" Mikasa said with a little joy in her voice as she rolled the canon balls out the canon flap making them fall into the sea. "oh look swords, i guess a normal captain wouldn't let all his crew carry their weapons when they not fight, oops" Mikasa sighed as she pushed the box into the sea. "now for my last trick" Mikasa said as she climbed back out and climbed to the back of the ship and tying a rope to the back of it before climbing down and jumping into the water with the other end of the rope. 

She kept swimming deeper and deeper into the sea before the rope stopped and she decided to it around around a rock before swimming away and popping up for air. "that should do for now and no one dies, well unless their were any fish in the sea when i dropped their weapons" mikasa sighed and started swimming back. 

Levi was swimming around after hearing a couple mermaids talk about seeing another ship. He was lost in thought about the human girl he saw, he don't know but he couldn't stop remembering her. He was soon shaken out of his thoughts when a canon ball nearly hit him, he swam up to noticed a certain girl rolling them out. He swam a safe distance and just watched her mess with the other ship. He noticed her jump in the water with some rope and followed but keeping a good distance. 

He noticed the human girl reach up for air and started swimming towards her without thinking. As he nearly reached her he soon noticed something else swimming in the water. He stopped to look around and had a bad feeling making him swim faster. 

Mikasa felt something brush pass her leg making her shiver. Something didn't sit right with her but she knew it be best to find out what it was before she was forced to face it. She took a deep breath and dived, looking around for something near but she couldn't see anything. The salty water seemed to sting more then normal and the water was more muddy then before. Did something make the bottom the sea dirt rise around her, all she knew was she was a sitting duck. She went to swim back up and swim away but something wrapped around her leg pulling her further down. As she was pulled down harshly she reached for her sword and swung it at the thing around her leg, cutting herself a little. 

She quickly swam upwards since she was running out of air and couldn't fight whatever it was. She reached the top and took a deep breath while trying to swim away, hoping to lose whatever it was that pulled her. She swam but soon was pulled under again, she pulled her sword out ready to slice whatever it was. She looked to see a mermaid hand holding her foot, the mermaid had red hair and a white tail. She looked up to mikasa with eyes full of hate and a dangerous smirk on her face as she kept pulling mikasa down who was trying to stab the mermaid but had no luck. "is this really how i'm gonna die" Mikasa thought as she swung her sword once more and hitting the mermaid arm making her leg go. Mikasa didn't have the strength to swim away as her eye lids got heaver and she knew she never swim to the top in time but at least she wouldn't die by a mermaid. 

As her eyes started to close she saw him again, the handsome Merman. His eyes was wide with horror something she thought she never see. He swam faster towards her and mikasa just thought he was perfect in her eyes. 

She felt him place a hand on her hip and the other on her cheek, a small smile placed on her face as he did so. Her eyes finally closing making the last thing she saw was him. Her death wouldn't be so bad now, she got to see him once more. She was ready for death until she was woken up by lips on hers. She felt air enter lungs and her eyes flying open to see her closed as they kissed. He slowly opened his eyes as he pulled away and had a slight smile on his lips before holding her close and swimming up. 

He pulled them both out of the water and held her close to him as she coughed the sea water out and breathed real air. He stayed just staring at her with worry and wonder. Mikasa finally turned to him and they just lost in each others eyes. No words being said but their eyes told a story for them both. 

They don't know how long they stayed like that and why they didn't let go of each other. But once they felt a cold chill they both knew it was time to go since the stars started shining instead of the warm sun. Levi picked mikasa up bridal style and swam towards her ship making sure her head was above the water. Soon they came to a stop and Levi finally let mikasa going making her float in the water herself. "thanks" Mikasa said in a soft voice shocking Levi. "your welcome" Levi said in a gentle voice and they both looked at each other. "i better get back on the ship before they i'm dead" Mikasa quickly said snapping out of their moment and grabbing the rope. "yeah i better get back before my friends think i'm dead" Levi said swimming back a little. His eyes widen as he noticed blood dripping from mikasa leg as she started climbing. 

"your bleeding" Levi said with worry and rushed over. "yeah i cut myself by mistake when i tried stopping that mermaid" Mikasa sighed as she looked how deep her wound was. "you idiot, mer-people can poison someone with their weapons, you could have died" Levi hissed and licked along the cut making mikasa blush. "um what" Mikasa said embarrassed but noticed the wound healing and leaving a small scare. "as thanks give me your name" Levi said embarrassed and swam back. 

"mikasa" Mikasa smiled at Levi. "Levi" Levi smiled back as he watched her climb up the rope and into her ship. 

"night Levi" Mikasa smiled and waved before walking away on the swim. 

"goodnight, mikasa" Levi smiled and swam away.
