Deadly Love

Chapter Eight

I felt his arms as he lifted me up softly on his muscular arms closely to his warming up chest.

"E-d-w-a-r-d" I hardly whispered. My vision was blurry so everything was unfocused. I looked through the blurry searching for his beautiful face; the shining sun fought my eyes shutting them in force.

My body started to tremble gathering my lost senses, warming up between his warm arms. "Edward" I whispered as I forced my eyes open against the sun's light, as my gaze meet his missed electric blue eyes, I felt save.

"I'm so sorry" he grieved, his face in sadness.

I could feel his heart beat against my cold chest. "do--not be sorry--you are--he--re now" I whispered stammering trying to warm my lips, bury my body tighter against his warm chest listening to his heartbeats as gone through my body in electric pulses.

I forget everything and just got warmed in his arms and feel asleep but this time I felt warmer.

"Edward" I whispered, taking three tries to finally peel my eyes open from the sleep.

"Yes, I'm right here" his warm breath outing against my hair sending me shivers. As I finally opened my eyes into a clear vision, my chest heaven as a racing heart beat fought against my chest and my breaths got ragged hitching as I inhaled the scent of him. He smelled so intoxicating, like the sweet scent of iliac, driftwood and finally musk rosé. Maybe that was his cologne, but the scent seemed more natural than perfume. I closed my eyes on his scent. 

I tried to calm my breath and my heart before opening my eyes and looking up as his warm breathe meet my face. The first thing I saw was his lips. And, I think I made the wrong decision on looking up. His lips slightly parted, which made me gulped down my saliva from my dry throat. I can't believe how he affects me. 

I tore my eye away from his lips to his eyes. I think I made even more wrong decision on that. His eyes were soft and blazing. The electric deep blue around the black pupil of his eyes looked watery.

My heart was beating fast as I let myself get lost into his electric deep blue eyes. He looked down at my lips with a frown before looking back at my eyes.

Then, in a snapped, those eyes were gone, as I suddenly scramble up to my feet, hot shivers eating my body, my face in red.

"wellـــemـــJustــــــyou know" I found myself stammering, saying unfinished sentences that don’t make sense at all.

His jaw tighten, as I waited for him to say something breaking the moment, but got nothing as he hang his gaze  on mine making my heart stop. 

He finally broke his gaze by looking down, clearing his throat before beginning, "Take eats this" he gave me Galaxy chocolate from my junk food.

It took me a minute to replay calming my racing heartbeat. "Thanks" I softly grabbed the chocolate, I started with a pit, and it was warm and delicious. I took a fast glance at his face expression as his jaw softens, it was hard for me to remember last night but I just remembered him calling me, but how I ended on his lap, hugging his chest, it is so embarrassing.

I took a deep breath, "What happened?" I asked, forcing myself for a memory.

As I took a step away from him at the place I feel in coldness, I sat by him my gaze down, thinking of something to break the silence. "Your body got frozen from the hard coldــــ" he trailed off, clearing his throat, his voice harden as he continued, "ــــyou need to leaveــــtoday." He stood up, "you can't be here, you are not safe and you won't acclimate here" he said, importune, and I couldn't read his expressionless face, as he tried to hide his eyes. "Let's go" he said, grapping my arm hardly as he always do.
