mark woke up in donghyuck's room, realizing he fell asleep on the cold floor.
yes, they slept over. johnny, taeil, taeyong, and doyoung were having the time of their lives last night.
the two youngest walked down to find the four wasted adults lying on the ground.
"oh my god." mark giggled.
"hmm. should we wake them up?"
"nah. let's just leave without telling em anything."
"but taeil is a principal and he has duties!"
"ah, just wake him up then."
donghyuck kicked his caregiver in the back.
"ow! johnny i don't wanna fuck right n-now- oh wait it's you guys.." the oldest sputtered.
"you have to go to work. get ready."
"five more minutes?"
"no!" the two said in unison.
"fine, meanies."

"mmm.. so good, donghyuck."
"i know! ah-"
"ohh.."
"aaaaa!"
donghyuck was making breakfast, and mark's impatient ass couldn't wait for it all to be done. he ate everything the younger finished making in half a second.
hyuck burnt himself twice because he was trying to prevent mark from eating raw pancake batter.
but everything tasted good, cooked or not, according to mr. canada, who rubbed his stomach contently.
"are you pregnant?" donghyuck joked.
"no! besides, i wouldn't even be the one getting pregnant."
"i'm just not gonna ask anymore questions.."
mark grinned at the reply.
they were about to walk to school, but taeil tapped donghyuck on the shoulder and leaned close to his ear.
"jaemin, jeno, and renjun are there, tell mark to meet them." he whispered.
the younger nodded with uncertainty and followed mark outside.
"what did he say to you?"
"you gotta meet three guys when we get to school."
"oh. okay."

renjun waited around nervously with his boyfriends in the front of the school.
"they should be here by now.."
"look! there's ding- i mean, donghyuck and mark!" jaemin snickered.
jeno waved over at them with his eye smile on, and only mark waved back. his smile faded when he saw donghyuck staring at the floor.
they met up, and mark introduced himself. hyuck stayed around to see how things went for a little.
"hi, i'm mark lee. you guys are?"
the three exchanged knowing glances between each other, flashing him their friendliest smiles back.
"i'm na jaemin, your new best friend." jaemin said, extending his hand out towards mark's for a handshake.
