Jo's POV
Eleven weeks later
Abbotsford, BCIt's been eleven weeks since the miscarriage. Eleven weeks since I've came home and locked myself in my apartment. Eleven weeks since I've heard a peep from Ryan.
I decide to get up and get dressed, as Dad told me that they're all coming home for a week or so due to it being way too hot in the US right now.
I get my car keys and head to the airport to greet Dad.
Chad's POV
On the plane"Hey man. You okay?" I ask Ryan, who looks up from his laptop, which shows a picture of my daughter and him on a Ferris wheel, probably from Hershey.
"Yeah I'm good man." He says and I sit down.
"Ryan, have you even called Jo?" I ask and he shakes his head.
"Not sure if she'd want anything to do with me." He says and I sigh.
Ryan, you both lost a child. In all honesty, I'm shocked you didn't go back home eleven weeks ago with Jo. I know I would have if Avril miscarried." I say and he looks at me.
"How'd you cope? When you lost the one before Jo?" He asks and I sigh.
"At first I didn't. Chels and I almost broke up over it too. She miscarried at 12 weeks and we were in the middle of our first west coast tour. She called me and said that she was heading to the hospital because she was bleeding. I made it there and we got told that the baby didn't make it. Chels wanted to go home, and I let her. I stayed away, grieving my child, for almost a month before we finally went home because it was way too hot. Chels and I managed to work it out and got back to where we were before the miscarriage, but you need to go see Jo at her place, Ryan. You need to grieve with her." I say and he nods as he looks at his computer and I see him looking at the picture of the pregnancy test that Jo had sent him before the miscarriage.
Jo's POV
Abbotsford Intl. Airport"There she is!" Dad says as they all come down the escalator to me. Dan heads to the car park to get his car out of long term and I see Ryan looking at me.
"I'm gonna go grab my car from long term. We can talk later Jo." Dad says as he takes off after Dan.
"I missed you." I say to Ryan softly and he wraps me in a tight hug.
"I should have came home when you did. I had no clue what pain I was putting you through. I'm so sorry." He says and I wipe away tears.
"I was so scared that you didn't want me anymore due to the miscarriage. That we were done. Then you hug me and make all those thoughts go away." I whisper as he holds me.
"Let's get out of the airport." He says and I nod as we head to my car and to my apartment.
"This is a nice place." Ryan says as we enter my place after the forty-five minute drive from the airport.
"Thanks. I picked it out and Dad is paying for it until I get a half decent job." I say and he smiles.
"You know I missed you so much right?" Ryan asks as I get down a pan to make dinner.
"I missed you too Ryan." I say and he smirks as he comes over to me and wraps his arms around me as I stand in front of my stove.
"I love you Jo." Ryan whispers in my ear as he dips his head down into my neck and starts to pepper kisses.
"R-Ryan....bedroom." I whisper and he smirks as he picks me up and takes me to my bedroom and sets me on the bed.
