Violet walks into the Gilbert residence and Elena walks down the stairs to see Violet there.
"Elena, we have some things to talk about." Violet says and motions to the living room. They take a seat on the couch.
"What is it, Violet?" Elena asks.
"I'm leaving," She says and Elena's eyebrows furrow, "With Elijah."
"What? Why?" Elena demands.
Violet bites her lip and looks down at her hands, "Because I love him, Elena." Elena shakes her head and looks out the window.
"Violet, no." She breathes out.
"Elena, you'll see me again. We're going to Italy and you can call anytime." Violet says as Elena stands up abruptly.
"No." She says again.
"Elena, you can't stop me." Violet says and makes her way up the stairs to pack some more clothes. She already has her shampoo and all of that.
She begins to fold her clothes and neatly put them in the bag. She grabs her pictures of Jasper off the wall and bedside table. She carefully sets them if the suit case.
Stefan and Damon appear in the doorway.
"Where do you think your going?" Damon demands, crossing his arms.
"Italy with Elijah." She answers honestly.
"No your not." Damon says. She turns around and looks at the Salvatore brothers.
"You can't stop me." She says.
Damon steps forward, "And why is that?"
"Because I love him."
Stefan sighs and grabs Damon's arm before he can take another step towards Violet. "Damon, this is what she wants."
"It's not what Elena wants." Damon responds.
She zips her suitcase up. "I'm going, Damon." She looks at Stefan, "Thank you."
Stefan grabs her suitcase for her and they make their way down the stairs.
