A New Element of Harmony

As I walked into my house I looked around and saw Shiny writing a letter, probably to my mom and Celestia to tell them how I am doing and how much friendship progress I am making. I smirked to myself and decided to scare Shiny since he didn't hear me come in, so I snuck up behind him "BOO!" but it didn't seem to scare him.

He just laughed as I sulked in the corner, "Sorry Moon But it takes much more than sneaking up behind me to scare me." I stuck my tongue out at him still pouting in my corner, he just rolled his eyes and kissed my cheek "come on don't be like that, you know how I feel when you're sad or pouting."

I smiled and nuzzle his cheek with my muzzle "yeah yeah I get it you love me, now I came back to tell you that I made a new friend!" He smiled and playfully ruffled my mane "I'm so proud of you Moon! What's this pony like? Is it a stallion? It better not be or else-" I put my hoof to his mouth to cut him off, "relax Shiny it isn't a stallion, you know that you're the only stallion I love."

He rolled his eyes and we both laughed, so we both decided to take a night walk over to the Tree of Harmony. I looked up at it in awe and all of a sudden, it felt like the tree and I had connected somehow.. a box suddenly appeared in front of the tree. My cutie mark started to glow as Shiny and I looked at it with wide eyes, I walked over to the box and placed my hoof on it "Shiny.. it's reacting!"

I was lifted into the air as it's magic surrounded me, my eyes fluttered closed as the magic surged to my chest as a necklace appeared with a crimson red moon charm. I fell back down to the ground as Shiny galloped over to me and helped me up, "Moon! Are you alright? Are you hurt?" I shook my head as I looked down at the necklace in awe, "Where..? How..?"

It seems I am now an Element of Harmony.. but what Element am I?
