At around 7, everyone was at Emmy's house. My stomach sunk out of regret that I had caused all this, but she was the one who suggested it.

We ended up baking loads of chocolate chip cookies and chilling out in the large living room.

I sat in the middle of one of the four blue couches, Robert and Aidan to my left and a passed out Elliot on my right.

Robert's arm hung loosely around my shoulders. He leaned close to my ear. "Can we talk about what happened?" He whispered, seeing as most of the cast was asleep. I hesitated, but nodded and stood carefully, walking to the kitchen. Robert followed right behind.

I sat myself on the counter, Robert standing a few feet in front of me. "Jeez, where do I even start?" I inhaled deeply, recollecting my thoughts. "Well, uhh, I had just gotten home from work," I began, "and I made my way to our room to set my stuff down."

Robert nodded, showing that he understood.

"I was frozen in the doorway when I had seen what happened. It was.." I paused, looking for the right word to describe what I saw, "It was scarring, honestly."

Rob's face turned from curious to sympathetic.

"The bedding was scattered everywhere, most of it stained with blood. His body just laid there, lifeless. It felt like my heart was being torn apart," I mumbled, sighing. "He was my everything." There was a silence.

"I'm sure he was," Robert's irish accent broke the tension.

"He was too perfect to be true, ya know?" I looked into Robert's emerald green eyes. They trapped me. I tried to continue, but my mouth was left hanging open. I couldn't seem to tear my gaze from his.

I blinked a bit, shaking my head and keeping my eyes down. "A-anyway," I cleared my throat, "I got a phone call earlier." My breath hitched. "They um, they told me that Payton had been cheating on me with some girl named uh," I waved my hand, trying to remember what they called her. "Right, her name was Lindsey Jackson. The guy said that her husband was their main suspect."

Robert's hand met mine. His slender fingers intertwined with mine in a comforting way.

"I'm so sorry about all of this. You don't deserve it, you have enough on your plate," Rob's soothing voice told me, his eyes meeting mine again.

This time, I didn't try to look away. "I shouldn't be ranting to you," I said slowly.

I studied his face. My heart melted as I stared at him.

My God.

He was undeniably attractive. Everything from his curly hair to his trimmed stubble was perfect. I couldnt be falling for him though, we're just cast members.

A smile spreaded across his lips, causing his dimples to show. My expression went soft.

"What's wrong?" Rob asked.

"Hm?"

"What was the 'My God' for?" He bit his bottom lip, waiting for an answer.
