I opened my eyes slowly, stretching and looking up at the ceiling. I was expecting to still have Russia on me, but when I moved, the weight wasn't on me anymore. I looked up at the clock. It was 6:23 in the morning, which is a bit earlier than usual for me. I sat up and rubbed my eyes, looking over to where Russia was. He was leaning out my window, staring out with a vacant facial expression. He didn't seem to notice I was awake yet. I expected him to be smoking, but instead, as I studied him, I watched as he took a sharp breath. He tugged at his collar to open it and when he breathed in again, I heard a wheezing noise.

Is he alright?

"Russia?" I asked slowly, confused. He turned in surprise, pulling his head back into the house and leaning against the wall.

"I didn't think you were awake." He said breathlessly. I shrugged.

"I just woke up a minute ago." He nodded once, and took another sharp breath in. I studied his face and realized that not only did he still look tired, but he had tear marks on his face.

"Russia, what happened to you?" I said slowly, sitting up straighter and looking into his eyes. He looked at me for a moment before averting his gaze.

"Nothing. I'm fine." He wheezed again. I just gave him a serious look.

"You obviously aren't fine. You still look exhausted, you have tear stains on your face, and you sound like you can barely breathe." I said, crossing my arms. He blinked at me. "You must be seeing things."

"Russia I'm serious, I'm worried." I said again. He looked at me with his eyebrows raised a little and he just stayed silent. He took wheezed again before sighing. He turned his head to the side and shrugged yet again. "Look, it was just a bad dream. Nothing to worry about, I'm fine."

I stood up after a minute and walked over to him and leaned on the wall on the other side of the window.

"Do you mind telling me what it was about?" I asked slowly, looking at him and trying to get him to make eye contact with me. He just shrugged again, looking down at the floor.

"Maybe getting it off your chest will help." I shrugged, trying to get him to open up a bit.

He kind of smirked, in an unamused fashion, and it looked somewhat forced. "Fine. Long story short, they all died in the end." He took another inhale and reached down to grab his backpack.

They? Who's they?

"Hey, where are you going?" I asked.

"I'm gonna go home. Get out of your family's hair. And don't worry about me. You have more important things to do." He said, swinging his bag over his shoulder and walking to the door. Before I could even open my mouth, he was gone.

I wonder if I'm going to see him later or not...

I hope I do.

I quietly made my way down the stairs of the American's home, or rather the Brit's home, and luckily there was nobody else in sight. With a relieved sigh, I quietly opened the front door and left, heading back towards my own house down the street. I almost felt bad for leaving so quickly, but I didn't want him to keep asking questions. It's better my problems would just stay to myself, I think. I was at least thankful that the morning wouldn't start off with a conflict between me and the enemy of my father.

I finally reached my door and dug into my pocket for my keys, unlocking the door and making my way inside. I quietly went up to my room, and set my bag down by the bed. I pulled my phone from the side pocket and realized how low my battery was, so I plugged it into the charger and sat it on the dresser. I then sighed and rubbed my head under my ushanka, still trying to get my breathing back.

Fuck you, anxiety attacks.

I checked the time on the screen of my phone and figured it was still early enough for me to make a quick breakfast for everyone. I put two pans on the stove and quickly started making bacon and eggs. I kept my eye on the time while I did it, trying to be productive. While the eggs and bacon cooked, I got out three plates and three glasses, and poured in orange juice. I went back to the pans and checked the food again, seeing it was almost done. I tapped my foot while waiting for it to finish before I slid it onto the plates and put the pans in the sink. Since I was still suspended from the school, I could wash them after Ukraine and Belarus left. I put the plates in their places and went quietly to Bel's door to wake her up, then did the same with Ukraine. As she stood up and began walking to the door, I nudged her with my elbow.

"Да?" She said, looking at me with sleep still in her eyes. I smirked a little.

"I delivered your message to Canada. He smiled. I swear I even saw him blush a little~" I snickered, teasing her. Her eyes went a little wide and she playfully pushed me away.

"Oh my gosh, Russia, stop it. It's too early in the morning for this." She said, quickly escaping to the kitchen. I smiled to myself for a second longer before it fell off and i simply followed them back to the kitchen. We all sat and ate are food while talking about random things, and before long I looked at the clock and told them it was time to go. I took their plates to the sink as they both rushed back to their rooms to get dressed quickly.

Ukraine come out wearing a frilly, pastel pink, shoulderless shirt with her pink flower crown and light blue denim shorts with pink converse, and Bel ran out wearing a white sweater and some normal jeans with her strap on sneakers. I smiled to them both as they grabbed their bags and rushed out the door, and we waved at each other. I closed the door behind them and leaned against it with a sigh.

Now what am I going to do for the next couple hours?
