After what I felt like a year the professor finally dismissed our class. I stood up and left the room as I made my way to the regular cafe Jaemin and I usually study in.

I was about to cross the road when someone suddenly bumped into my left shoulder.

"Let's walk together," Jaemin smiled and held my lower arm. Tugging on it so that I would match his pace.

"Wha-"

This was indeed getting weird. He just started going here a few weeks ago. And in that period of time we were 'studying' together, we have never ever spoke. He would just simply come, sit down, stack his books on the table, and pull out his phone the entire time i was there.

After we arrived at the cafe, we sat down at our usual table and ordered some drinks. I had a strawberry milkshake and he had plain black coffee, like always. He opened his backpack and pulled out his binder and textbook. Since he transfered in the middle of the semester, he had to catch up quite a lot.

Usually he would take out his phone right now, but he didn't. He smiled at me and looked me deeply in the eyes. I immediately diverted my attention elsewhere when i caught him and took his textbook, vigorously flipping the pages.

"I like you, Song Ahra."

I legit chocked on air. What did he say again?

"You must be joking." I answered after a few seconds of silence.

"No, I'm not."

"Well fuck," I muttered to myself.

This man is just so unpredictable. One day he would ignore me and the other he would follow me around everywhere with his eyes glued at me.

I mean I could've said yes. He was everyone's eye candy. Everyone in the cafe would admire his looks everytime he stepped into the shop. Oddly, he doesn't get those stares when he's at uni. Maybe everyone's just busy minding their own business.

"Let's just focus on studying today," I smiled at him, trying to change the topic. I can even smell the awkwardness here.

"Okay." He didn't even try to stay in the discussion and smiled.

But I knew the whole time he didn't even focus on the numbers. No, he did not pull out his phone on my face. Instead he was staring at me. The whole frickin time.

"Do you know what time this is?" Jimin asked as I made my way to the cashier from the back door.

"You're not the only one with eyes." I snickered and playfully spanked the back of her head.

Jimin was my co-worker. Don't mistake her as a boy, she's girl and also probably my only friend. Even though she can get really annoying sometimes, Jimin always has my back.

Like right now, she just sacrificed another hour of work because of my tardiness. I forgot to bring my pills and I had to run back to my apartment.

"Sorry, I missed the bus." I pouted and activated my puppy eyes.

"It's fine I guess," see? rely on the puppy eyes, they've always worked.

I waited behind the cashier for her to change and grab her stuff. After a few minutes she came back, along with two men who entered the front door. I greeted them as usual while bowing to a 45° angle. My stomach wasn't feeling really good today.

Before Jimin left I noticed that her apartment keys were still hanging on the cabinet handle.

"Wait Jimin!" I stopped her.

I was only expecting her to turn her head towards me. But instead she and one of the men both responded to my calling. The man immediately tilted his head back, realizing that he wasn't the one who was supposed to answer.

"Thanks, don't forget t-"

"To lock up, I get it. Now go! You're gonna miss your practice." I cut her before finishing her sentence.

"I'm already more than an hour late though," she smirked and left afterwards.

I pressed my hands onto my belly. It stings so bad. I popped out a couple pills and shoved it into my mouth before anyone noticed. They've always helped in relieving my aches.

The two men made their way to the cashier table. I noticed their body proportions, they were the same guys that came yesterday. But they were wearing all white now, with a black mask plastered on their faces. It's like they were matching or something. Cute.

When they were just scattering their items on the table, my visions became a tad bit blurry. Crap, I probably should've taken those pills earlier.

I felt my whole body become weak, like all my muscles were shut down. My knees were shaking and I couldn't control myself. The next thing I knew was that I was lying on the floor. Completely unconscious of my surroundings.
