Comeback

Prologue

"So." Sophie starts once her and Y/N are both settled on the couch in their hotelroom with their plates in their laps. They're working on a movie together and have gotten very close over the past few weeks. Since They're filming on location they are staying in a hotel.

"So?" Y/N ask as she gives Sophie a confused look. Sophie told her there was something she wanted to talk to Y/N about, but she's stalling. "What is it Soph?" Y/N asks. "It's nothing bad right?"

"No, no, it's nothing bad. I'm just a little embarrassed about it, I guess." Sophie shakes her head as she looks down at her plate. "I met a guy. Well, I haven't actually physically met him yet, but we've been talking online and I know he's not cat-fishing me or something." She gives Y/N a look, already knowing that's what she was going to say, so Y/N holds her hands up in mock surrender. "I know how you feel about online dating, but he's a really great guy and we plan to meet soon."

"I'm not saying anything." Y/N responds as she takes a bite from her food and gets a bit more comfortable on the couch. "So does this guy have a name?" She ask once she has swallowed her food.

"He does." Sophie says. "You actually already know him." She adds and Y/N give her a questioning look. She wonders who Sophie could have met online that she already knows. She has been away from the industry for a few years and this is her first real project back, so it has to be someone she knows from before. She raises her eyebrows at Sophie in a questioning manner as her friends once again stalls. "It's Joe." Sophie finally spills.

"Wait, Joe as in Joe Jonas?" Y/N asks as she sits up straight, and Sophie nods. Y/N's mind drifts back to the last time she saw Joe. It was not too long after the band had decided to take a hiatus in 2011, and right before her and Nick broke up. "Well he was alway a really great guy and I doubt that has changed." She says after a moment of silence. "Now that I think of it you guys would make a pretty good couple." She smiles at Sophie.
