When Logan went to Thomas what he found was a complete mess. Thomas was hiding in his room in a corner in a similar manner that the main sides had found Paranoia. He was constantly rocking back and forth his eyes darting about wildly his hands pulling almost psychotically at his hair. Someone walking in there who don't know what was going on would say he lost it, which, he kind of did. Logan needed to help Thomas ground himself.

"Thomas, hey can you hear me?" Logan said walking up to the other.

"Logan is that you? Or are you Deceit again? Or maybe you're Remus this time! Did Virgil do something like you thought he might? You're not here to hurt me, are you? Oh my god, what if you are! What if you are mad at me? AND I SWEAR TO GOD THERE IS A SPIDER SOMEWHERE IN HERE!" Thomas said looking around frantically.

"Easy there Thomas look at me. I want you to focus on me." Logan said. Thomas paused and looked at Logan for a second scared.

"But the spider is going to jump out at me I know it. I saw it."

"Thomas, in the United States you have about a one in 50 million chance of dying from a snake bite. And since the dawn of modern anti-venom, death from a spider is almost nonexistent." Logan said trying to calm him down. "You have no need to worry about it."

"Oh.... But are you really Logan? How can I be sure? You could be one of the others trying to cause trouble for me just like they always do." Thomas asked skeptically.

"I assure you, Thomas, I am not. Ask me anything about myself and I will answer it correctly." Logan stated simply.

"What kind of onesie pajamas did you were in the mind vs. the heart video?" Thomas asked.

"Easy that would be my unicorn onesie," Logan said a light blush tinting his cheeks.

Thomas narrowed his eyes suspiciously, but he finally seemed to relax a little. "Logan, what's happening to me?" He asked desperately clearly noticing a change in behavior.

Logan wanted to tell Thomas to try and ground hi with knowledge, but it wasn't his secret to tell so he decided to answer the question with a question. "Thomas do you know what paranoia is?"

"Sort of."

"It is a mental condition characterized by delusions of persecution," Logan stated.

"Huh?" Thomas said confused.

"It means you think everyone and everything is out to get you," Logan said.

"Why am I feeling this way?" Thomas questioned.

"That is complicated," Logan replied guardedly. "Just for the time being try to keep yourself rooted in reality. The world isn't working against you. You are safe you are fine. I promise."

He was getting desperate. The Moral trait wouldn't leave no matter what he tried. He was scared he didn't know what he would do, but Paranoia didn't want to find out.

Patton was trying his best to stay strong for his son, but this was so hard. He wasn't even calling him Patton anymore, let alone dad, but despite how much that hurt Patton he knew what Virgil was feeling was twenty times worse. "Virgil, kiddo, I am not going anywhere. I am going to stay here until you feel better."

"Kiddo, I know you won't believe me and think I am lying, but I promise you I am not. I care. I care so much, and I always believed in you. Never was there a doubt in my mind that you weren't good. All you have ever strived to do was keep Thomas safe. Whether you believe me or not, I will always think of you as my dark strange son." Patton said with 100% conviction.

Patton caught how his voice started to sound less garbled. More like himself. Virgil may not be saying it, and he may not believe in it but deep down, he wants Patton's words to be true. He still had hope.
