A/N: A lot of people were worried about me and others thought I gave up on this book. I just want to thank the people who checked up on me. My readers whose been there since the beginning know that I go through a lot especially at home. The reality is if my mental health isn't well I can't write. I'm a very private and shy person so whatever goes on in my life I keep to myself. There's only one person I vent to and that's my best friend. She suggested that I take a break and come back until I'm ready. I'm glad I listened to her because I finally feel emotionally stable so chapters will be posted once a week again. I just want to thank you again for being so patient with me I truly have the best readers on wattpad. I hope you enjoy this chapter and I'm sorry again for such a long hiatus.
Olivia:
Jordan and I groaned to the sound of the door slamming against the wall. "Hey, your mom's worried you ever plan on calling her back?" Eli asked. Jordan removed the pillow from underneath my head and placed it over hers.
"Really?" I shoved her and she almost fell off the bed. "I'm tired get out!" she yelled at her cousin. "Does it look like I give a shit? your mother keeps blowing up my phone." On queue, his phone started ringing. "Babe, just call your mother back" I begged.
"Fuck her," she told us. "I can't live there anymore I won't go back" she explained. I opened my eyes. "You're not going back tonight?" she shook her head, "why are you just telling me this now?" she paused, she looked guilty.
"Some things are better kept a secret," she said facing the other way. I rolled my eyes, still staring at her back.
I spat, "um wanna try again?" she didn't move, "Jordan?" I said poking her back. She groaned and sat crisscrossed on the bed. "I was planning on staying with Michael," she explained. I nodded, "and does Michael know this?" I asked her. She shrugged, "he's not going to let me stay on the streets" she explained. "And you know this how?"
"Because he's scared of anything bad happening to me he feels like he owes this to Amber." I locked our fingers. "I don't do secrets, we're passed that, whatever the problem is where going to work through this do you understand." She was quiet before she agreed.
"Eli, can you give us a minute?" I asked. Eli groaned. "You got five minutes," he said closing the door. "Babe, you never told me about amber and what went down with her and Michael."
Jordan's eyes became worried, "it's not something I like talking about," she said. I moved closer to her and leaned her head on my shoulder. She was shaking, "it's okay just breathe." I kissed the top of her head. Jordan explained everything, and how Chris' a pervert and her mother believed her him over Amber. Due to her mother ignorance, Amber attempted to run away with Michael. "They're we're met to be and nobody is good enough for Michael," she told me.
"I'm sorry about your sister" I hugged her, "you still need to ask Michael, it's rude to crash in someone's house without asking first." She gave me a peck and got off the bed. "I'll be back," she said exiting.
Jordan:
"Hey, can I ask you for a favor?" I asked Micahel while was playing a video game with Ravi. I watched Ravi swallow he still hasn't spoken to me since I told him to shut his mouth about my infidelity. "Is it important I'm whipping Ravi's ass in mortal kombat right now."
"Yeah, it is" I placed my hand on my hip. Micahel pressed multiple buttons on the controller. Ravi cursed and Michael cheered. FINISH HIM I heard the tv shout. Michael moved his fingers to perform a fatality.
He tossed the controller and faced me. "What's up?" I asked. I nodded for him to follow me. I walked him outside the hotel room. He leaned against the door. The red muscle shirt he was wearing complimented his arm full of tattoos.
