Sorry Kaylee

It's been a couple of weeks and me and Hayes have talked non-stop, texting, snapchats, late night phone calls, facetime/skype, well.... everything. Of course it wouldn't be any kind of good relationship without someone that actually matters hating the relationship. Kayleigh was jealous out of her mind, it got out of control the other day during lunch. We were just sitting with our friends talking about cheer practice the night before and eating, and well this happened.

"I just don't get why he went for you?" Kayleigh basically yelled. I had just gotten another text from Hayes, but it wasn't like any kind of text about love or anything, he just asked if I'd seen Nash's new youtube video. "I look EXACTLY like you, maybe even prettier than you. And I know some people say our personalities are polar opposites, but we aren't far from being the exact same person. We do all the same sports, we're in all the same classes, we have all the same friends, we have the same room, backpack, lunchbox, phone case, almost all our stuff is the same, so why did he go for you, and not me? It's so unfair, and every single time I ask you to be quiet when you guys are on the phone, I'm never rude, am I? NO. So stop rubbing your relationship in all of our faces, I'm so done with you." Kaylee burst as she stormed off in a huff of anger, I chased after her.

"Hey how is it my fault he went for me? I have no idea why he did! You're prettier, smarter, and funnier so it doesn't make sense, but this is how things happened, so deal with it. Maybe the reason why he didn't chose you was because you act like a two year old when things don't go your way. So calm down and go back to lunch." I interjected.

"Sorry Jordan you're right, I was acting like a baby. But there's no way I'm prettier, that's impossible." Kayleigh replied.

"Yeah and how's that?" I questioned.

"We're twins...duh!" Kayleigh giggled. "But obviously you're not the smarter one."

I pushed her and we both laughed, it was weird how one minute we can be so mean to each other and the next we could share a room for the rest of our lives.

I called Hayes that night. I went into my brother's room (he was away at college) so that Kay couldn't hear me.

"Hey Hayes," I began. "I had the weirdest fight with Kayleigh today."

"Awe babe what we're you guys fighting about?" Hayes teased. "Did she steal your clothes?"

"No we share all our clothes," I replied. "But we don't tell our mom. Double the closet..."

"That's not fair," Hayes pointed out. "But back to the fight, what happened."

"Basically she got mad because you chose me instead of her." I whispered. I was really hoping that she wasn't listening.

"Jo, I talked to both of you for a while and decided I liked you better, nothing against her. It's just my personal choice, I like your personality better."

"Awe Hayes." I giggled.

"What?" He urged.

"Nothing, you're just cute." I answered.

"Okay when are you coming to visit me?" He asked.

"I can't come up there I have school... insert crying emoji..." I replied.

"Hahaha you're such a loser." Hayes flirted."I guess I'll just have to come to you then."

"Bruh that could be dangerous for you." I responded.

"How?"

"Fangirl alert." I replied and then we both decided to go to bed, since it was an hour later for him.
