I look up from my phone once I send the Tweet. A new, unchained energy surges through me when Seb's eyes meet mine, his blue steel irises glowing in the light of the sunset pouring in through the windows.
Beautiful.
He smiles.
My sweetheart.
"We did it," I say breathlessly.
He moves closer to me and ends up sitting on my lap with his arms draped around my neck, stars in those endless eyes of his, sunset pink painted across his cheeks.
"I love you," he says softly, pressing his forehead to mine, eyes trained on mine.
I smile as I wrap my arms around him.
"I love you too," I tell him, giving him butterfly kisses.
"What next?" He asks, a flare of temptation in his eyes.
"We watch the world burn," I smirk.
He grins, "Phones off? Door locked? Curtains closed?"
"Naturally," I tell him.
Five minutes later, we're snuggled up in bed watching Netflix and discussing what we want to order from room service.
"We should watch The Covenant," I tease.
He rolls his eyes and pokes my cheek, saying, "No chance in Hell, babe."
"You were so cute back then," I tell him. "And it's not like The Bronze is on Netflix, babe."
"If you make me sit through The Covenant, I'm going to make you watch both Fantastic Four and Rise of the Silver Surfer," he says.
"Please, God, no," I laugh.
He grins, "Pick another movie then!"
Buzz.

We look at our phones.
