Chapter 30 - The festival returns

Suddenly the door opens, Moniko said " I am so sorry everyone." Naruki asked " Why did it took you so long?." Moniko replied " Well, my last period today was study hall. I was practicing for singing." Yuki smiled " That must require a lot of dedication. So, I'm still impressed." Naruki said " You should singing us something for us." Moniko looks at me, He said " Well, I'm writing a song but, it's not ready. You smiled back " That's sounds wonderful." 

* Time Skip

Everyone was at their desk except Moniko, He said " Okay everyone! The festival is a few days away." Naruki grunted " Why should we care about some stupid festival?." Moniko said " But, Naruki the literature club is a place where anyone can share with others." You were speechless, He said " Y/N isn't even passionate about literature in the first place. You just brought her in one day and left her with us." Moniko was about to say something but, Naruki crosses his arms " Sorry, but you're really the only one who's so interested in finding new members. We're fine just the way we are." Moniko lowers his head " Naruki....you must be joking." He looks at you and Yuki " He's not telling the truth right?." No one said nothing to him, Moniko sighs and walks towards his desk. He sat down " What was I thinking? It's nothing more than a place for a few people to hang out." Yuki looks at Naruki " That was cold Naruki." Naruki gasped " Me? I was being honest." Yuki said " You have no right to speak for everyone else in the club like that. Moniko is just doing what's right for us." Naruki shook his head " I don't care. If Moniko treats his club members like that then, I should've join another stupid club." Naruki packs his bag, Yuki said " Naruki please don't leave." Naruki ignore Yuki call and left the room. Moniko walks up to Yuki and puts a hand on his shoulder " You're a great friend Yuki. I really honor your respect." Yuki smiles " Thanks Moniko."  Moniko looks at you "I'm going to chat a little bit with Y/N before we leave. " Yuki said " Oh okay. See you tomorrow Y/N." You said as Yuki left " See you later Yuki." Moniko walks up to you, He said " I really love that you're in the literature club." You said " Why thank you Moniko." Moniko blushes " There's something I've been wanting to talk about." He holds your hand " That only you would understand." Your heart skipped a beat, Moniko was about to say something but, the room was turning dark.
