I have one in mind, it's dd/lb, which means daddy dominant / Little boy.
It's a type of real life relationship. The Daddy dom (non-sexual way of Daddy) is like a caregiver, and the little boy is the other who has the mindset of a child like the ages of a toddler or like a small child. Over a small amount of time they start aging down and when they're in their littlespace they can continue aging down. They have a caregiver (daddy dom) and the go into their 'littlespace'.
For example:
The Daddy! Could be Daniel, and the Little! Would be Joey.
