Horrible Days and Smiles

Today Daniel was fired, by his stupid boss. He hated him so much. He 'accidentaly' raged and yelled at him definitely on accident.

This put him in the worse mood possible. Worse than you could possibly think. He wanted go kill the man because Daniel didn't even do anything wrong, he worked harder than everyone else in the business, but his boss being ignorant like always, never noticed his hard work.

The bitch is about to lose the company for firing Daniel, and he's gonna come back begging for him to come work again.

But the man was just an insignificant, arrogant, bossy, self-centered, boastful, ignorant, callous, cynical, overcritical, patronising, aloof, intolerant, narrow-minded, obstinate, fussy, quick-tempered, moody, finicky, bitchy, inconsiderate boss. Yeah, that's very accurate.

Nothing in this world could make his mood better. Nothing, or at least that's what he thought.

He drove back home yelling profanities at people who cut him off or almost hit him. Road rage, fun. This made his mood even worse. He was grumpy, grumpier than the grumpy cat. {r.i.p grumpy ): }

He drove home and slammed the breaks when he arrived. He had some rage in him. He walks up to the front door and unlocks it. He walks inside, throws his bag across the room, and slams the door.

He huffs loudly, and almost screams when he sees Joey come in the room frowning. Neither man says a thing, and it stays like that for a few minutes, just gazing into the other's eyes.

Joey raises an eyebrow and gives him a look that he's about to do something that Daniel knows oh so very well.

"Don't you do it, don't you dare, you better not do it," Daniel says.

Joey smiles, showing all of his bright white shiny teeth, and Daniel can't but smile back.

All he needed was Joey's smile and his bad day would disappear. And that's exactly what happened.

Daniel couldn't help but smile back because of how much he loves Joey and his stupid smile would light up a room he walked into. And it lit up Daniel's world.

"Damn you and your stupid smile. It lights up my world," Joey gives him an almost bone crushing hug. "Well good, my stupid smile makes your day better because I want a happy boyfriend. Even on your worse days, I'll make you smile," Daniel couldn't help but smile more.

He gave him a kiss and they took it upstairs and cuddled. They watched movies for the rest of the night. "Y'know, your boss is gonna come back crying for you because his buisness is crashing without you," Joey said looking into Daniel's eyes.

"Well I sure as hell am not going back," Daniel said.

"Good," and they fell asleep just like that, feeling happy and content.

°*°1 week later.*.

Daniel was getting a call from his old boss. He knew this because the name was 'insignificant bitch' classic.

He decided to pick up and listen. "DANIEL! I'M SORRY FOR FIRING YOU, I NEED YOU TO COME BACK PLEASE. MY BUISNESS IS GOING DOWN AND-" He cuts him off.

"Bitch, shut the fuck up. I got way too much on my mental, I learn from what I've been through I'm gonna do what I didn't do. Fuck you and your buisness.

You're a insignificant, arrogant, bossy, self-centered, boastful, ignorant, callous, cynical, overcritical, patronising, aloof, intolerant, narrow-minded, obstinate, fussy, quick-tempered, moody, finicky, bitchy, inconsiderate boss.

And you know damn well that I was the hardest worker and without me your buisness will fail because I'm not there. But being the dumbass you are didn't notice that, and you fired me for no reason. So fuck you, fuck your buisness, and I'm not coming back," and he hung up.

Joey just laughed. "See I told you, he'd come running back for you, and you said no because you're so much smarter than him." Daniel smiled and hugged Joey. They spent the day like that watching shows and movies.

Daniel's old boss' buisness shut down because of failure. He found a new job and was happy with Joey because he brightened his day.
