Chapter Four

Zaccai POV

LET'S MAKE BABIES, Zain screamed

We've been on the road for 2 hours, 2 hours and this is all Zain has managed to say. 2 hours of constant yelling for the baby-making.

Suki, my mate, had fallen asleep an hour ago. I was stuck listening to these two till she wakes up and I had been thinking about all that has happened.

She was obviously keeping something from me, more than one thing.

Number one, her curiosity was more than what she made it out to be. She was obviously digging for information.

Do you think she's a hunter? She's not a werewolf, Zeke questioned.

There's a possibility but it's low. As far as I knew the pack had kept what happened under wraps and any hunter would have just killed me on the spot. She only started acting weird once we left the store.

After the phone call, right? Zeke asked mentally.

Yeah, before that she seemed harmless. Then she suddenly suggested going to Mexico...

To make babies with you, Zain suggested.

Maybe, but I doubt it. She was trying really hard to persuade me.

With powers of Seduction, Zeke added.

Number two, she doesn't smell human.

For some reason with the moon out my werewolf sense were a lot weaker than normal, but with the sun out my senses are back in full force. Now I'm sure she's not human, werewolf or vampire. Her scent isn't normal.

Do you think she knows what we are? Zeke asked.

That's a possibility, because we are unsure of her species.

Number three, she's my mate. She just thinks I'm being persistent but she's supernatural so I know she feels the pull just as much as me. Humans don't feel the pull like supernatural do.

I like mate, she's very attractive. She will make pretty babies. Zain said, drooling in my head.

Also, you can't forget how she decided to follow you to Las Vegas and allowed you to enter her home. Zeke said, calmly.

She's no fool and definitely has another agenda. I'm just not sure of what exactly.

Before I could ponder more on the thought, she yelled, "Zaccai!" Which snapped me out of my deep thoughts, causing me to grip the steering wheel tighter.

"Don't scare me like that, sweetheart," I said mumbling, keeping my eyes on the road.

"Scare you?! I've been calling your name for the past 10 minutes, I thought you'd finally lost it and was gonna swerve into the nearest ditch" She said before a stretching slowly, as a small yawn escaped her lips. She sounds like a baby pup, getting prepared for bed. I began smiling, not realizing where my thoughts went.

Pups?! Zain thought loudly, snapping me back into the car environment. I pushed him out of my head a little, keeping him in the back of my mind.

"Zaccai" She said while tapping my shoulder.

"Yes?" I responded, trying to seem somewhat normal.

"I have to use the restroom."

I press the hazard lights, slowing down, pulling to the side of the road. Once the car was at a complete stop, I put the car in park turning off the engine. I looked at Suki, then at the forest.
