I woke up with a massave hangover! My eyes hurt and i even had a number in my purse! I rang the number an reached a voice mail: "Hey, its jack here, sorru i cant answer the phone, please call back later" i got out my phone book and put down jack and his number. I went to open my bedrooms curtain, sun hit my eyes and i screamed "FUCK!" I closed it again and covered my eyes. I groaned and flopped on my bed. My phone started to ring and i covered my ears and put it on loud speaker. "hello? Ruby you there?" Jack! "y-y-yeah" i climbed closer to the phone. "have you got a hangover?" I heared him laughing through the phone. "y-y-y-yeah, i kinda have one" i cheaked the clock. 9:06am "i have a small one, but im at work" "what do you work as?" I asked "i'm a docter in training." "dont you need some uni degree or something?" "remember how i wasnt at school thursdays and tuesday? And how we didnt go out after school on monday and saterday? I was at uni then." I felt so dumb "oh...you never told me!" "i thought you knew!" "did not!" "ruby i have to go, wanna go out this weekend at any chance?" "ok, weekends fine, 9 at my place pick up." "ok, cya" "bye" we hung up. I smiled and rolled over.....THUMP!!!...i hit the ground "MOTHER BUCKET!!" I yell. I lay there flat splat on my back on the ground. My older sister, Maria, ran in and looked at me. "lower your voice! What the hell happened to you?" I looked at her. I half sat up and gave her the look -_- "do you have to ask?" She shook her head. "want a cupa?" I nodded and we heard a screaming baby. "you got it?" I asked. "i got it" said maria and she ran to her baby, jillianna. Maria is 25 and she married cop. But he is out on duty, and when he at home he sleeps. So i moved in to help out. After a good 5 minutes i was still on the floor and maria brought in my coffie. I sat up and she sat on my bed. "what happened last night?" She asked. I sipped my coffie and stood up carefully. "remember in high school i had a boyfriend called jack?" Her eyes cornered as she thought back the years. "is that the one that flooded you with chocolate and roses on tuesdays?" She teased. "yes. Well i meet up with him at the club." She spat out her coffie. "your cleaning this up ruby!" She pointed at the floor. "you made the mess!" She laughed "your room!" "your house!" We laughed. "brent brought it!" She said between giggles. "then he cleans it!" We laughed. "hows the hangover?" "going ok i guess." She felt my head. "i'll get you a panadol" i smiled. "thank you" maria stood up and left. I sat there alone sipping my coffie. "its in the kitchen ruby!" She yelled "Thank you maria" i said. And i left my room and took the panadol.
