After a quick Dress change in my room, i was finaly ready for the party. my dress, was a strapless white and gold dress that reached to my toes. my hair stayed the same and vail was removed. Everyone was seated in the ballroom. toby and i waited behind double doors. "Toby" i wispered. "yes?" he said, he turned towards me. "thank you for the best day of my life" i smiled. "best day of your life so far" he replied. we smiled at eachother. "Ladies and Gentelman. we present to you! Mr and Mrs Raywood" the DJ said through the microphone. The doors opened, and Toby kissed me, i blushed. he grabbed my hand, and started to walk. i followed, my flowers were being held by Maria, so i grabbed my dress with my spare hand. people cheered and clapped. white flashes everywhere. Toby had lead me to the dance floor. lights dimmed and a spot light fell on us. "The first dance" the DJ said again. and a song that toby picked came on. "when i said i do" by clint b!ack and lisa harman. it was amazing. we span, i was lifted and dipped. the song finished, and we pashed. people clapped and cheared. then we walked to a long, white table. where our closest family sat. we were in the middle. the meal was a 3 course meal. i forgot what they,were called. some french name.... anyway, after that was speaches. Tobys brothers speach was about Tobys embarssing moments. like: "When Toby was 16, he got drunk and flirted with a dog." and "i got a text from toby 30 minutes before the wedding ceremony, saying that he shat himself" everyone laughed. Toby was annoyed. it was Marias turn. What was she got up her sleave? "Hey, Im Maria, Rubys older sister. Ruby, is amazing. she does what ever she can to get something done. exept when the toothfairy didnt come when she was 9, she went crazy. or how Santa gave her a bra at age 12. anyway, i'd like to say to toby: You've picked a good fish out of the pond" everyone clapped. i thought she would say what happened in grade 11 when.... nah, i wont bring that up. tobys speach was next. "when i saw you, banging my bar's door down, i was thinking you were some crazy person. then you asked who zachary was and stuff, i really,saw you. i liked you from the start. i wanted more...so i let you in my house. i loved you, you were perfect. my reason for existance. my love" tears rolled down his eyes and mine. everyone seamed to have at least a tear. i hate speaches. i forgot to write mine! i stood up, eyes on me. i took a breath. "Hello, people i've met and my new family. I've only known Toby for a year, but I knew, he was the one. a year isnt long. but i couldnt wait to marry this, brilliant guy, who sits beside me. hes there to catch me,when i fall, and to speak while im out of breath, cause he takes my breath away. i love him so much!" i really started to cry, toby stood, and hugged me. people clapped. and toby and i sat down. desserts where served. after desserts, all of the ladies, including mayella, stood behind me. my flowers were in my hand. "1!" i screamed. "2!" they screamed. "3!" the DJ said, as the flowers left my hands. i turned around, to see who caught it. it had flown into mayellas hands. i ran to mayella and gave her a huge hug. "congratz girl" i said. she laughed. the crowd faded, as a chair was pulled up. oh no. garter! toby held my hand, and sat me down. he smiled at me, as he disapeared under my dress. he ticked me. "Stop it!" i giggled, i heard his laughter underneath me. i felt his lips, running up my leg, to the garter. carefully, and slowly, it ran down my leg. Toby backed away slowly, and had a garter in his mouth, guys ran over, as toby chucked it over his shoulder, Some guy caught it, i didnt know his name. after that we cut the double chocolate 5 teir cake. by 9:30pm, we reached the hotel room. where we leave to Australia, with mayella, jill, Maria and mum. i'll never forget this day....
