i woke somewhat later. someone was poking my feet. "Toby! her fingers twitched!" the bitch called. "Katie! i said dont wake her up!" tobys voice got closer. "i told her she can stay here. plus she's in MY bed! she Aint no harm!" someone pinched my toe. "Owww! that hurt!" i yelled, i rolled over and sat up. blondie and toby was there. "she said you two are dating!" this 'katie' exclamed. "Thats cause we are!" Ge shouted. my eyes widened at his answer as katie started to cry. "katie! we broke up a year ago and you still break into my house!" she stomped her foot and snapped her fingers. she looked rediculous! "I had to break in! cause someone changed my key when i was sleeping! i reported it to the police and called me a dumb blonde! what does that mean!" she crossed her arms. toby rubbed his face, like he was trying to tell a 6 year old that the tooth fairy had no money and the kid was yelling. "Katie get out!" he ordered. he rubbed sweat off his forehead. "excuse me! my house my rules!" i coughed and toby sat. "you never even lived here! that key was for emergancys! not for spying and walking in to see me every hour!" katie looked at me. her face was red. her face looked like a barbie. "it wasnt every hour. if you want to date this fatass, why didnt you ask me!" toby stood and pushed her. "get out!" she shook her head. toby put her in a head-lock and dragged her outside. when i heard the front door open, i jumped out of bed and looked in the mirror. my hair wasnt bad i guess. i have dark circles though. but they were the least of my worries. "Ruby, im sorry bout her" toby said, as he walked around the corner. "i thought by shanging the locks she wouldnt get in. sorry" he leaned,against the doorway. his eyes burned through my skin. it was a lovely burn. i loved it. i looked at him, turning my head towards him. why am i so attracted to him? why? he could be like jack and jacob? wouldnt he? he stepped closer. his arm wrapped around my waist. he was sooo close. dispite what happened before... He recovered from being angry and pissed. i couldnt seek my voice. but i needed to say something. "before" i said, slowly "when you told her i was your girlfriend....were you asking me out?" i looked up at him, waiting for an answer. "Ruby, somewhat, hours ago...you stumbled across my bar. i dont know how, or why. but when i saw you, my world...well...suddenly had a meaning. i brought you to zachs house, and let you stay at my place. i was supprised you said yes..." he continued. "when i came home, katie was poking at your toes...i was going to hit her. i knew that was wrong. Ruby, i want you to be mine, its been a crazy first day...but i think im in love with you" he unwrapped his arm and stepped back. i wished he didnt :(. "i love you. hug me before i get lonely!" i pleaded. he smiled and opened his arms, i jumped into his arms and he span me around. i giggled. i started to get dizzy, "me down" i said, toby stopped laughing and put me down. the room was spinning, even on my feet! "whoa!" i managed to say, my knees disapeared and i hit the ground. "Holy shit ruby!" he pulled me up and sat me on the bed. "first accident...how many more have you got up your sleaves?" i faintly smiled. "couple more" i wispered. toby laughed. the room slowly stopped spinning. "can i get changed?" he nodded and left, i looked around. my bag was on the ground. i sighed. i stood and walked over to it. i emptied all of my shirts. then it hit me. Alicia!
