Mingyu's POV
-Mingyu what do you mean?
Hansol sat up and continued to look at me. I didn't know what to say, if I said too much I could hurt him but if I kept quiet it would hurt me instead. The stone of jealousy grew with the guilt of mentioning that I missed him, and as much as I tried to come up with a logical explanation, it pushed my hidden emotions out of me.
-Hansol I genuinely didn't want to bring this up but I kinda feel like we are growing apart and that comes partly from that you never spend time with me.
I looked down on the floor. I didn't feel like facing him, mainly because I knew that he was angry at me. But he didn't react, he didn't shout or leave. He just sat there and as usual I imagined the worst. What if he was going to break up with me? What if he never truly loved me? That couldn't be the case, right? The silence was suffocating but eventually he laid a hand on my shoulder.
-I had no idea you felt like that Mingyu, I'm sorry.
His voice was loving and apologetic and before I even noticed I started to cry. It wasn't that I was happy or sad just simply overwhelmed. I wasn't really a crier and I had never cried in front of Hansol before. But I couldn't help it this time, I felt so scared. Scared that Hansol was angry, scared that I was disappointing him by being jealous but mostly I was scared that he loved someone else. I continued to sob and Hansol decided to comfort me by sitting on the floor in front of me whilst grabbing my hands. His thumbs were stroking the backside of my thumbs.
-Mingyu it's going to be okay, I promise you.
Even though his voice was calm and reassuring you could still hear the guilt and it didn't stop the tears from falling. I decided that it was better to speak my emotions rather than continuing to keep them to myself.
-I just, I guess I was jealous of how much time you suddenly spent with Joshua and therefore I started to doubt our relationship. I was afraid that you didn't love me anymore.
I looked Hansol in his eyes, those golden brown eyes that I'd grew to love. He didn't look sad or angry, they were just filled with love. He moved up from the floor and hugged me. Not just a simple meaningless hug but an actual loving hug filled with longing and emotion. He buried his head in the crook of my neck and I could feel his deep breathing. Somehow we ended up laying down in my bed, still continuing the hug. Then Hansol hoarsely mumbled in my neck.
-I love you Mingyu.
-I love you too Hansolie.A/N This is a very short chapter but I hope that you still like it!
