Me: I'm coming to pick you up be ready.

I walk downstairs and tell my mom I'm going to pick up Andy.
"Why what's wrong" my mom asks
"His stepdad beat him and told him to either leave me or leave the house and never come back and he chose me" I say quickly to my mom.
"Go get him he can stay with us" she said with a smile on her face.
I get into my car and begin my drive to Andy's not caring about the speed limit just about the boy I'm about to see. He's my world.
I see Andy walking down his driveway with a suitcase next to him. He's got tears running down his face and hes sobbing.I pull up next to him. I get out of the car and pull him into the tightest hug. "Shh. Hey baby I'm here for you. Everything is going to be ok." I say into his ear. His breathing steadied and we got into the car.
The whole ride home was silent.I place my hand on Andy's knee to comfort him. We finally pull into my driveway and I can feel Andy tense up. He's nervous.
"Andy. It's ok my mom knows everything and she likes you. She's not gonna hurt you. She's not gonna judge you. You're safe here. I promise" I tell Andy staring at him. He looks at me meeting my gaze. "Ok. I trust you" he says in barely a whisper.
We walk up to my house and my mom was there waiting on the other side. As soon as we walked into the door she engulfed Andy into the biggest hug.
"You're safe here." She tells him silently.
"Thank you so much Mrs. Beaumont" I can hear Andy say back.
My boyfriend lives with me now. Never in my life did I think I would fall for someone so fast but I did and I don't regret it.
Andy and I walk up to my bed room. He lays down on my bed and I unpack his suitcase for him.
I finish unpacking for him and I lay down next to him. I can tell he's really tired. " Hey get some rest I'll be here when you wake up" I whispered to him kissing his temple. With that he falls asleep cuddling into my side.
