Your POV

1 Month Later

"Are you ready?" Camila asked me as the we started getting closer and closer to the venue.

"I guess I don't really have a choice now. Do I?" I asked, making her smile.

"Don't be nervous," she told me as she scooted closer to me. "You look hot."

I giggled as she smoothed out the white button down shirt I had on. The first two buttons were undone, showing off the tennis chain around my neck.

"Thank you," I told her as she handed me the suit jacket.

"You're so welcome," she said, kissing my lips gently before allowing me to put on the jacket.

I caught her staring as I straightened out the navy blue jacket, smirking as I leaned back in and kissed her again.

"We're here," the driver said as the car came to a stop.

"We're finishing this later," Camila mumbled against my lips before the door was opened for us.

"Deal," I told her as I stepped out of the car before helping her out.

I looked her up and down, smiling at the way her navy blue dress showed off all of her curves.

Cameras were flashing from all around us as photographers were trying to get us to look in their direction. I could hear fans yelling for Camila, and some of them were saying my name as well.

"We're going to walk the carpet first. When we get towards the end I'll have to do a few interviews," Camila explained to me as she straighten out my outfit once again, buttoning my jacket for me.

"Sounds good," I smiled, pushing my straightened hair back over my shoulders to keep it out of my face.

Camila smiled at me as she grabbed my hand and began to lead me to the start of the carpet.

As we started walking there were even more cameras flashing than before. Paparazzi were yelling at us to look their way.

"Camila! Look over here!"

"You guys look great tonight!"

"Big smiles this way!"

My eyes were beginning to hurt from the flashes, and as if Camila knew she grabbed my hand and we continued to the next spot.

We did that a few times before getting to a more crowded part of the carpet where interviews were taking place all around us.

"Stay here while I do this interview really quick," she said in my ear.

I nodded and she pecked my lips before walking over to a girl with a microphone. I stood where Camila told me to, observing everything around me. There were celebrities everywhere.

It wasn't long before Camila was back and we continued to walk around. She did a few more interviews, introducing me to her friends every time she ran into one.

"I'm going run to the bathroom," Camila told me.

I nodded to let her know I heard her, allowing her to peck my lips before she walked away. I looked around after she left, deciding to walk around a little on my own.

I had really been letting Camila take me around tonight, but I guess I was getting a little brave.

I watched everything around me as I walked. I was observant, too observant sometimes. I could thank my past for that. Back then I had learned how to notice everything in order to keep myself safe, but now if was just a habit.
