It was a bit hard to return to normal after the talk you and Saiki had. Small steps were taken such as walking each other to school. Saiki would always shower you with compliments and leave notes all around your apartment and in your book bag telling you how much he loves you. You spoke of how it embarrassed you when he put them in your book bag but deep down you loved them.
"You two act like a couple." Nendou pointed out.
"W-What." You were blushing from the sudden comment. Saiki then walked up from behind you placed his chin on your head and wrapped his arms around your neck.
"Well that's the goal."
Teruhashi forced herself to give up on Saiki since he paid more attention to you than he had ever to her. Saiki is hesitant to give you any physical contact aside from hugs and holding hands. No kisses.
Not yet anyways.
Day after day you slowly began to trust Saiki again. Once more falling in love with him.
