I'm probably just going crazy

I can't really tell if it's just me or I'm actually seeing these things I tend to see a lot of quick flashes in things or I'll hear something when nothing is on from the stereo as I pass by then sometimes it only happens when I'm not looking when these things happen. I even try to catch it by looking very quickly or trying to find where the source came from which I could never find but if I look very quickly I just end up getting light headed. And for trying to look for the source of I just end up having something else to do. And at nights I feel more uncomfortable as before I started noticing these things as if I'm being watched to the point that every noise scares me. Even when it's just one of my siblings getting up and walking around to get something. I just keep inside and act normal to keep my mind distracted from what I can't understand why only I just hear or see things. I do have bad eye sight that may be an explanation for why I see these flashes or whatever. But I don't know what to put with the sounds I hear because I have nothing wrong with my ears. I sometimes still see these flashes and hear these sounds.
