Chapter 2~ No fighting

Alexander's POV

I walk to school today to enjoy the quickly cooling air. Fall was my favorite season because that meant Halloween was coming! Dad always throws a big party and all the kids were allowed to bring two friends each. I smile gently as I listen to Eon by Celldweller and the slight fall breeze blows against my face. School comes into view as I slow my stride a bit, should I really be going here? I push the thought from my head as I walk through the front gates. Today I wore dad's outfit from 'Legion of the Black', him almost not approving but smiling and letting me leave anyway. I put on an evil glare as I stomped heavily to my locker, the chains on my boots jingling lightly. People stared at me evilly as I slammed my locker door shut, I lock eyes with most of them and make my eyes go all the way black then to normal again. Most of the people I saw tormenting me yesterday had scared expressions and turned the other way, mission accomplished for now!

At lunch I sat under the same tree again to enjoy to breeze. I shut my eyes for two freaking seconds and I hear a pair of feet shuffling my way. I groan as I look up to see who was coming near, to my surprise it was a girl. What did she want? "Uh, hi! I need help finding the main office..." she said giving me sad eyes. I narrow my eyes at her, she passed all those people to come ask me? "Sure." I said dryly as my eyes turned red, just letting her know who she is dealing with. She smiles slightly as we walk back inside. "So what is your name?" the girl asks suddenly all bubbly. I take a step away from her and keep quiet, honestly I am very shy when it comes to new people but the bullies messing with me see a whole different side of me. "You are shy aren't you? Well my name is Rayn!" I look over at her as my eyes go back to their normal black, yes my usual eye color is black and dad had me tested a lot as a baby to make sure nothing was wrong, he is a worrier. "You look very familiar.... Oh you are Alexander Biersack the son to world renown lead singer Andy Biersack! That's cool you are wearing his outfit from LOTB!" wow she is chatty! I smile gently as I nod my head.

"Here we are." I say opening the office door for Rayn. "Hello Mr. Biersack I see you have an unfamiliar friend with you!" Ms. Bigsby smiles gently as Rayn explains what she needed. I quietly slip away to finish something before class. "Hey! Wait Alexander!" Rayn yells running after me. I turn to her as she holds out a piece of paper. "Could you help me find these too?" I look at her schedule to see she had the same classes as me. "You are with me the whole day. Guess we are stuck together?" I say as we head to class seeing as we only had about ten minutes left until lunch was over.

At the end of the day I thought my ear was gonna fall off from all the talking Rayn did, she was a nice kid just very chatty. "Hey Alex! You want to hang out sometime?" I give Rayn a questioning look. "Uh sure I guess?" I wasn't sure about this... I will my wings to appear planning to fly home, just as I'm going to start running to take off Rayn starts walking beside. "Yes Rayn?" I ask and she gives me another sad look. "Can I touch your feathers?" she asks suddenly. I chuckle as I raise my left wing and tickle her with it, "Wow! Your feathers are so soft!" I laugh at her excitement over a few black feathers, but jolt when I feel a slight pinch on my left wing. "Sorry... it got caught in my ring and you moved before I could get it unstuck!" I chuckle and take the feather and stick it in Rayn's hair. "I gotta go now see you tomorrow!" I say running and taking off.

Rayn's POV

"Did you get what he asked for?" I nod at the question as I get in to my brother's car. "Yes, here you go." I say handing over the long black feather. My brother examined it closely before smiling evilly. "Just what we needed..." he sighs before slowly driving us home. I stare at my hands sadly as we silently make our way home. "Hey! Don't you feel sorry for that piece of trash you hear me?! We have our orders and you WILL follow them Rayn! Don't mess this up like you did the last time!" I flinch at my brother's harshness. I nod quietly as we pull in the driveway to our house.

"Dad we got the feather!" Drake calls loudly. "Great! Give it here! Now Rayn I need you to get to know Alexander better. Learn his fears, loves, allergies, all the nitty gritty details and don't blow your cover!" I sigh heavily as I go to my room.

Alexander's POV

"So how was today bro?" Dustin asks as he plays wildly on his drum set. "It was great! No one fucked with me today!" I yelled over his playing. "That's my boy! Intimidation is key!" Duncan yells throwing an arm around my shoulders. "Don't scare everyone! Then you won't have anyone else to bring to the Halloween party in a few weeks." Alisha countered. Always like Jinxx, being the smart one of the group. Ferro chuckled lowly from behind his magazine he was reading, most likely hiding a porn mag behind it. See everyone is so much like their parents it's not even funny, we also inherited all our parent's powers. Healing powers is a given though among vampires, we all can do that! Along with the mind reading and super speed, strength, and hearing.

Tim can use the dark fire like Jake and inherited the power to over shadow someone's body and use it as his own from his mom Ella.

Dustin and Duncan can use ice like CC along with invisibility from their mom.

Ferro can bring the dead back to life and can fly with his wings.

Alisha can control fire and also a little magic because of her mother and is a medic vamp like Jinxx.

Joe can also fly because of Dark, but sadly does not have many vampire characteristics besides the fangs and drinks blood. He is mostly human.

I can use all the powers Dad has which is too many to list, but my strongest power is telekinesis.

Yeah we all are a lot like our parents, which Dad reminds me about very often. He tells me all the time about he see a lot him in me. Sometimes I don't know if that's good or bad because of the Los El Gados thing, but Dad reassures me that what happened to him would not happen to me. "Alex! Stop dreaming and lets game bro!" Duncan yelled to me. I smile as we all get started on our usual activities.
