The CID office felt smaller tonight, as if the weight of unanswered questions had pressed the walls closer together. In the forensic section, Dr. Salunkhe stood before his laptop screen like a man studying scripture, his usually confident demeanour cracked by the impossibility of what his tests had revealed.

The fluorescent lights hummed overhead, casting harsh shadows across his weathered face as he paced back and forth, each step echoing the rhythm of his troubled thoughts.

Dr. Salunkhe: (pacing frantically, his voice filled with scientific bewilderment) "Yaar, ye to bilkul impossible hai! Pachwa khoon Shreya ka hai—main 1000% sure hun. DNA match perfect hai. Lekin boss, ye baat mere dimagh mein fit nahi ho rahi... utna hi khoon mila hai jitna baaki char logon ka combined! Aisa kaise ho sakta hai ki ek living person ka itna blood crime scene par mile?"

He stopped pacing and faced the team, his hands gesturing helplessly.

Dr. Salunkhe: (his scientific mind struggling with the impossible) "Decades mein maine hazaron cases dekhe hain, har impossible crime ko possible banaya hai. But this... this defies every law of physics, biology, everything I know about forensic science!"

Senior Inspector Daya stood nearby, his broad shoulders tense with the kind of worry that came from caring too much about someone you were supposed to be investigating. His dark eyes never left Salunkhe's face, searching for any sign that there might be a rational explanation for the impossible.

Daya: (his voice tight with concern, each word carefully chosen) "Sir, ye medical miracle nahi hai... ye koi conspiracy hai. Shreya hamare saamne zinda khadi hai, walking, talking, breathing normally. Agar uske body mein se itna khoon nikla hota na, to wo abhi ICU mein hoti, fighting for her life. Koi human being itna blood loss survive nahi kar sakta without serious medical intervention."

He ran a hand through his hair, the stress evident in his posture.

Daya: (his protective instincts surfacing) "Something is very wrong here, sir. Either someone is playing games with us, ya phir... ya phir kuch aur hi chal raha hai jo hum samajh nahi pa rahe."

Dr. Salunkhe: (slamming his hand on the desk with frustration) "Daya! Main kya kar raha hun 30 saal se? Jhooth bol raha hun kya? Science ke saath mazak kar raha hun? DNA doesn't lie, blood samples don't lie! Microscopic analysis, enzyme tests, cellular structure—everything points to one conclusion!"

His voice rose with passionate conviction.

Dr. Salunkhe: (a mischievous glint returning to his eyes despite the tension, turning towards Abhijeet as he knew he was going to question him about accuracy) "Waise, agar tumhe mere expertise par doubt hai, to remember—ye saare crucial tests tumhari pyaari Tarika ji ne personally conduct kiye hain."

Abhijeet: (his cheeks slightly flushing, but trying to maintain composure) "Arrey Salunkhe sir, personal life ko beech mein mat laao app!"

He cleared his throat, struggling between embarrassment and professionalism.

Abhijeet: (more seriously) "Agar Tarika ne confirm kiya hai, to scientific accuracy par koi doubt nahi. Problem ye hai ki practical reality se match nahi kar raha. How is this even physically possible?"

Pankaj: (scratching his head, trying to offer logical solutions) "Sir, maybe simple explanation hai. Ho sakta hai use koi deep cut lagi ho, bleeding hui ho, but wo first aid kar ke cover up kar diya ho? Band-aid, bandage, makeup... anything to hide the injury?"
