This chapter is dedicated to: @dan-denizen and @starsong04
The first @ gave the original idea over a year ago and I doubt they remember this and the 2nd is a new reader who's comments inspired me to log back into wattpad and write this and they also gave a suggestion responsible for the last part in this chapter. Lots of love to you both.

I should be doing my homework right now. There's actually a lot of things I should be doing. But instead, I'm laying in bed staring at the ceiling thinking about Layla. God, I love her. Everything about her is beyond perfect. Sure, she's not really my girlfriend. But we flirt constantly and yeah, you could say I wouldn't mind dating.
Ding!
I jumped up to grab my phone, hoping it was her; it was!
Layla: Hey come outside your house.
Me:  what?
Layla:you heard me. I know you're not busy, you don't have a life. Come outside.
Me: ok I'll be right out

I stood up, and quick checked myself in the mirror. Eh, could be worse. I threw on some shoes and ran outside.
There she was. I hesitated on her face for a minute just looking at how gorgeous she was. Then I noticed something else. She was holding a sign. It read: I know we're both gay as heck, but can I take you STRAIGHT to prom?
"AHHAHSHEHEJ OH MY GOD LAYLA! YES! I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR THIS FOR FOREVER! YES YES YES I LOVE YOU!!"
She dropped her sign and ran over and hugged me.
"I've been waiting to ask you out for years and I just never got the confidence but I've loved you for so long." I looked up at her, still squished from her hug.
"I'm so glad you did."

Time skip- it's prom night  now!

I looked in the mirror, starring at myself. This was it. Prom night. I've spent hours getting ready and I'm so excited. And nervous. Mostly excited. Layla will be here any minute. The doorbell rang, I took a deep breath and walked downstairs to answer it. I opened the door and there she was. It seemed like all the world around me stopped and she was the only thing there. Everything about her is so perfect, she truly is the most beautiful girl I've ever seen. I'm so lucky. This is my girl. Not anyone else's. She's mine.
"Are you ready?" She asked, snapping me out of my daze. "You look amazing by the way, I'm gonna be the luckiest girl at prom, I'm already the luckiest girl in the world to be dating you." My heart melted. I love her so much.
"Thank you. You look fantastic too, I'm literally in awe." She smirked,
"I can tell. You can't stop staring." She said, leaning over and kissing me on my cheek.
We took some pictures and left, heading off to the dance.

Time skip again-like two hours later

We stepped outside onto the patio of the venue of the dance. We have had a blast so far, dancing and eating food and more dancing but we were getting a little tired. We walked hand in hand, looking up at the stars. Surprisingly we were the only ones out here, we had the place to ourselves. I looked over at her, her eyes still focused on the sky. I could stare at her for hours, her beauty is overwhelming, I don't understand how it's humanly possible.
"It's beautiful." She said still looking up.
"Yeah it really is." I agreed my eyes still fixed on her. She looked down on me and smiled.
"The sky's not the only gorgeous thing tonight."
I blushed, glad it was dark enough that she might not be able to see how red I am. We looked and each other in silence for a couple seconds. Then, just as a shooting star passed by us, she cupped my face and pulled me in. Our lips met and it was just us and the stars.

Okay.  So, it's been awhile. It's been like two years since I updated this book and about a year since I was even active on this account. This chapter is probably going to flop since 90% of the people who read this book probably forgot it existed. Most of this chapter was written about a year ago, and I added on to it and edited a little tonight. I'm not sure if I will continue updating this story but I probably won't. I haven't done much writing in the past year and I've changed quite a bit as a person. Despite whatever I end up doing with this book, thank you so much for all the support I've gotten. This is incredible, if I told myself 2 years ago that I was going to get over 10,000 reads on this story I never would have believed it, so thank you so much.
