Expect The Unexpected

"What the hell you kicked him out for??" I questioned him, lowkey angry he put Santiago out of my room with no valid reason.

"Is that your so called dance partner?" He asked me, totally ignoring my question. Again.

"Uhh, yes he is actually." I answered and Chris began to step closer to me.

He was like a foot away from me before he spoke,
"Well not anymore."

And with that, he walked out of my room, leaving me and Sydney absolutely dumbfounded.

Saturday Morning
Day of the video shoot
Sydney's POV

Today's the day I've been waiting for...
The video shoot.

Right now it's 5 o'clock in the morning. Asia and I are already cleaned up and ready to go. We've both been anticipating this for the longest. This day could possibly make or break us.

I know Asia's ready for this, but I hope how Chris was reacting last night didn't affect her in any kind of way because she was most definitely bothered last night after he walked out, leaving us on edge about him and Santiago.

Chris messed up when he did that because when Asia's left hanging on a situation, she will continuously overthink and stress herself out.

She kept asking over and over things like, "Why was Chris acting like that??" "Should I have not left with Santiago?" and "Who's gonna be my partner now?"

The best advice I could give her was "calm down, eat a snickers and just see how things play out."

That might be funny, but seriously, I couldn't let my sister lose sleep to something petty like that. Especially not that night.

"Hey, you ready to go get some breakfast or what? We gotta load our stuff on the bus 30 minutes after we finish eating." Asia says looking at me, waiting on an answer while putting her curls into a high, neat bun.

"Of course I'm ready.. Just let me go pee pee right quick and change out of these flats." I say speed walking to the bathroom.

"That didn't sound like "I'm Ready" at all!" I heard her shout when I closed the door and I let out a laugh.

Asia's POV

I plop down on the bed, waiting on Syd to hurry.
My stomach growls was growing by the minute.

"Ughh, hurry! I'm hungry Sydneyyyy" I dragged, clinching my belly.

"Alright, alright! I'm washing my hands now."

I heard the bathroom door unlock and swing open all at once, causing me to snap my neck to look at Sydney rushing into her house shoes which she slipped on in 0.5 seconds.

"I didn't know your fat ass could move that fast." I laughingly tell her.

She turned around, grabbed my arm, and carried me to the door saying, "Yep and my fat ass is hungry just like you so let's go!"

(Approximately 2hrs & 45 minutes until the official video shoot)

I checked my Apple Watch and it's was 7:14. We have to leave and get on the road by 8.

Of course Sydney and I stay ahead of the game, so we were the first to have our things on the bus and as well as get our seats first. We both were chilling in the meanwhile, chitchatting, listening to music on our phones, and watching the other girls get settled in. Soon, it was time to go and we all were on our way.

I sighed a small sigh, already going back and forth in my head. I tried to stay as optimistic as possible.
"You got this Asia" I thought to myself.

Then, I thought about the dance sequence with Santiago and immediately, my anxiety raised.

"I really wonder who in the hell am I going to dance with???"

Chris's POV

"She's gonna dance with me, not that Santiago dude." I explained the 10th time to my other choreographer. I told her everything that happened last night and how deeply I wanted to change Asia's partner to me.

I know he's a good dancer and all, but let's be real, I'm not about to just watch them grind upon each other and I know that I like her.

That's definitely not gonna happen.

I'd rather it be me and I know she wouldn't mind that...

"So on the main set and scene 4, you wanna pair yourself with Asia Coleman and have Santiago pair up with your backup dancer?" She questions again for confirmation.

"Yes." I say and I watch her as she jots down the changes down on her clipboard.

"Ookay," she drags and smiles at me, "It's done Mr.Brown."

I smile back at her.

"Thank you." I still keep the grin on my face as she goes about her business.

I go outside and step onto the travel van, still smiling.

I check my watch then nod my head at the chauffeur, letting him know to take off.

I lay my head back and relax in the seat, thinking.

Asia was pretty much on my mind the entire time until I felt my eyelids get heavy and took a lil nap.

An hour or so later, I woke up at Splash Kingdom Waterpark surrounded with lights, cameras, and action.

I put on my Air Force Ones and head out, making my way to the set with my security guards glued on me.

Once I make it in, I head for my seat and just watch as everyone packs themselves in this waterpark, ready to experience something great.
I wave and hug a few fans just before the start of the shoot, thanking them for coming.

I go back to sit in my seat and soon spot Asia and Sydney walking right next to each other, exiting the changing rooms along with a few of the other female dancers.

I watch her the whole time.. just walking.. talking......

Fuck , I feel like some kind of a stalker, but I literally can't help the way I feel towards this girl.

In the midst of my thoughts, I feel someone tap me on my shoulder.

"Ey the shoot starts in 15 bro." I hear Kodak say.

"Alright, bet." I tell him, still not looking away from Asia.

"Yo , watcha lookin' at? You look like a dog lookin' at a juicy bone or somethin'." He laughs trying to follow where my eyes are looking. "You peeping them girls huh? They all bad." He smirks, checking out all the girl dancers.

"Yeaa they bad, but I really only got my eyes on one."
