It was 2: 00 in the morning and Twilight and King Sombra were asleep when all the sudden then heard crying from Shadow Rose's room. " Sombra" Twilight said waking up. " Yes" King Sombra said. " You were already up warrant you" Twilight said. " Yes I didn't want to wake you so I didn't move" King Sombra said.
" We have to go check on her" Twilight said. " Of course let's go" King Sombra said . " Thank you for letting me sleep a little longer then you did" Twilight said. " Always because now I'm going to need you everyday to help me with Shadow Rose" King Sombra said making Twilight giggle and opening the room door." Why you can't handed her on your own and I thought you were the mighty King Sombra but you can't take care of a filly by yourselves" Twilight said giggling. " I am the mighty King Sombra and you will stop giggling right now or else" King Sombra said. " Or else what you won't do a thing to me because you love me to much" Twilight said still giggling. " Wait until we get back to the room you'll see if I would do anything trust me" King Sombra said serious. " I will and you won't do a thing" Twilight said. " I will just wait" King Sombra said as he unlocked Shadow Rose's room door all that could be heard was Shadow Rose crying. " Shhhh it's okay sweetie I get you go back to sleep" Twilight said holding Shadow Rose who was for some reason scared.
" What is wrong with her" King Sombra said looking at his daughter that was looking at something in the corner of her room. " I don't know but she's scared I don't know what she's scared of but it's something in the room" Twilight said. " Or someone in the room" King Sombra said. " If your trying to say that she's scared of you she's not" Twilight said as Shadow Rose used her magic to teleport away from them. " Where did she go" King Sombra asked. " Shadow Rose come out sweetie" Twilight said panicking. " Twilight calm down we're going to find her" King Sombra said. " What is she scared of she wouldn't just teleport away from nothing" Twilight said and started to cry.
" Shhhh Twilight I think she's scared of the dark or had a nightmare" King Sombra said.
" About what" Twilight said then Shadow Rose appeared in her arms. " Where did you go" King Sombra said. " I don't know but I'm happy she's back now go to bed" Twilight said and Shadow Rose fall asleep in her arms.
" Why doses she like you so much" King Sombra said jealous.
