Giselle Love|Juicy.
Saturday night came quicker than I thought and although I don't want to go, I told Nia I would, so I am.
"It's throwback night at the rink and I'm so ready." Nia said throwing her arm over me. "You sure you wanna go? We can cancel, Juicy."
"I'm fine, Nia. Really, I promise." I sent her a smile as we approached Wheels, the skating rink that had literally been here since my mother was thirteen, where her and my daddy had their first kiss.
Once inside I nodded my head to Get Low by Lil Jon. I watched people skate the loop doing tricks making me become anxious to get out there and skate myself. Jania called Maxwell or whatever his name is as I went to the counter to get my skates.
"Can I get a size 6." I said giving the young boy behind the counter three dollars. He gave them to me as I walked to pay for a locker, I put my gym shoes in my locker and slipped my skates on skating over to Jania. "Where they at?"
"He said they're looking for somewhere to park," she said. "I can put my stuff in your locker?" I nodded giving her my key. "I'll see you out there."
"Alright." I skated out to the loop as On The Hotline by Pretty Ricky played. "It's five in the morning and I'm up having phone sex with youuu." I sung making myself spin.
I threw my arms up nodding my head as they played Me, Myself, and I by Beyoncé. "All my ladies if you feel me help me sing it!" I sung loudly feeling my phone go off in my pocket.
I pulled it out slowing down seeing Nia had texted me telling me to come here. I stopped abruptly and went to the exit of the loop seeing Nia standing there with Manny and Khalil.
"Wassup Juicy." I waved moving a braid out of my face.
"Come on Juicy, let's get a slushy." Nia said grabbing my hand. "That boy know he fucking fine." she said once we were ahead of them.
"You be killing me." I chuckled as we got the food part. "I want some pizza and a slush." I said feeling somebody standing behind me. I spun around seeing Khalil standing extremely close to me, he looked down at me and licked over his lips.
"Wassup." he said moving a braid out of my face.
"H-hey." I said stuttering and shit.
"You know what you want?" he asked me glancing over my head to look at the menu.
"Yeah ima get a slice of pizza and a slushy. What you getting?" I asked staring at him as he looked over me.
"I don't know, probably some pizza too." he said glancing down at me. "What?"
"Y-you have something in your hair." I reached my hand up to his head and picked a piece of lint from it, I rubbed my hand over his head.
"Thank you." he nodded once I was done.
