Yeri wipes her tears in the taxi and calls Donghae. "Oppa, please help me," she says the second he answers with hello.

"Yeri? What is it?"

"I have to go home. My mother said my father is hospitalized because of sudden attack. I don't know much more. So please help me tell the boss I will be absent for a while."

Donghae sighs. "Yeri, why don't you come here first on your way to the train station and tell him that your self? He's a good boss. He'll understand."

"Is he there right now?"

"No, but ..."

"I can't wait, Oppa," she intersects. "Just please help me out this time, please?"

"Ok. I'll see what I can do."

"He's not going to fire me, right?" Yeri asks. She can't loose this job as this is her main income. There isn't many job opportunity for a high school graduates that pays as high as this. Jimin is a good boss also. He makes sure the working environment is safe for his employees. She will be screwed if she lost this one.

"No. Probably not. I will tell someone to cover for your work."

Yeri sighs a relieved breath. It's probably premature but it is highly likely Jimin won't fire her, specially if someone already covered her hours. "Thanks, Oppa."

"Mh," Donghae hums. "You be careful, ok?"

"I will."

With that Yeri closes the connection. She sits in silence in the dark for a while, eyes on her hand that still clutching the money Yoongi gave her.

He was true about one thing: he was being generous.

Yeri doesn't have to count but she knows the money in her hand is a lot more than her monthly pay.

Dirty money, she thinks as she pays the taxi. She never feels more degraded in her twenty three years of life than the two hours she spent with Yoongi.

Damn him! Damn that man!

She may curses the man all she wants but she knows she is in the wrong too.

She should've said no.

Why didn't she say no?

Why did she let him do that to her?

To her defense, there is something about him that makes her unable to resist.

What was it?

Yeri tries to think hard.

His eyes.

That bottomless despair and sorrow. That heavy regret and sorry. That loneliness.

But his eyes also were full gentleness and love.

Love?

To her? For her?

It can't be true.

If there is such a thing as falls in love at the first sight, he wouldn't throw money on her like she was Julia Robert in Pretty Woman.

Yes. That's right. He thinks of you as a whore.

Yeri turns the shower to hot and begins scrubbing furiously at the thought of that.
