Chapter 3- Our Plan
Time: 7:15 A.M.

Place: Montgomery Resident
•
Mission: Find out what's going on and
calm down a freaked-out Amber.

"I regret choosing the choice of taking them away." I shake my head.
"Same here."
"That was your idea!"
"Hey, don't blame me, blame Eenie Meenie!"
I sighed. "Fine."
"Well, what should we do?" Amber
glanced at me.
"Make a plan."

"Okay, so let me get this straight. Our plan is to persuade the pros of skill at our school to help us, to get your parents back, on an unnamed island? That's insane." Amber claims as I sip my Starbucks as we watch the cheerleading squad practice.
"Well yeah, it's either that, or live with no parents my whole life." I explain.
After a few minutes, she makes up her mind. "Okay, plan it is then."
"Thank you for choosing sides. Finally."
"Finally?"
"Well, you were debating yourself in your mind, between options."
She opened her mouth to say something, as I interrupt her.
"Don't deny it, I've known you my whole life and I know how you act about these things."
"Fine, I'm not gonna win this anyways."
"Kay."
"Wait, who's gonna be in this 'genius plan' of yours?"
I glanced around, looking at the field, and glanced back, looking at the schoolyard.
"Let's go Lions, let's go!" The cheerleaders exclaimed as I watch Cameron Dander do backflips in midair, and land in a perfect split on the ground.
"How about Cameron? We can ask her to do all the skipping over lasers and stuff." Amber said.
I turn around to face her and watched Amber watching Cameron mindlessly attempting to sip the straw but sticks it up her nose.
We burst out laughing as we watched Cameron.
"A straw up your nose," I wheezed.
"Okay, how about 'the brains'?"
"Um..." I glanced around again.
"...I don't think we need 'brains'. We just need a hacker."
"How about..." Amber glanced with me.
"Elle!" I exclaimed, my eyes landing on a brown-haired girl in a pink wool sweater talking to another girl.
"Who?"
"Elle Sap. I met her in Home Ec. She's super sweet, and smart. Plus can rock a beanie."
"A beanie? I like her." Amber sipped her latte.
"Wow. That's low."
"Wow, that's a lame comeback." She throws back.
"Okay anyways, how about the two people that can be the player people, if we need to get info? Not the actor person, because I have to perfect person for that." I smile.
"Um, I don't know.." She glanced around, looking at people.
"Alexa Anner!" I said the same time Amber said, "Tyler Ross!"
