Chapter 1

Sun leeks into the room I shifted in my bed I had a feeling today wouldn't end well it's probably nothing I'm just over thinking I'm going on a date with Keith I'm a little nervous . the group helped me plan it we are going to go the fair with the group and we are all going to split off and later I'm going to take a walk on the beach with him .I've set up a picnic hunk helped me with the food pidge watched joking about me being a love sick idiot I have a secret spot on the beach I have only ever gone with my sister. It was my safe place no one else goes there me and Ronnie spent days making it our own hang out before she moved to England for work im planning on asking the group to come with me on a holiday there to see her but that's not for today maybe in a week or so when we are almost done with school and done our end of year exams.
I was getting dressed and listening to Shawn mendes sing along quietly because hunk and pidge had come over and pidge would record it and show everyone because I've only ever sung in front of hunk because I Lance McClain have a fear of public speaking and even worse stage fright which shocks most people because of my loud bubbly personality I never used to be scared but when I was about 12-13 there was a group of people that bullied me for my voice and personality I learned to live with it but I eventually became conscious of a lot of things like my looks how I sound and who I am I'm just glad I found some people who like me for who I am. Keith Logan's that boy makes me feel like I'm walking on air I don't know what I would do if I lost him .

I walk out of my room ready to go shiro and Adam where picking us up and Matt Keith , allura and coran where meeting us there I was nervous not going to lie I've never really gone on a date I have planned with Keith hw always planned them

I checked myself over straightening my shirt I look up and realize I hadn't done my hair or put my contact lenses in I had no time the group has never seen me like this "oh my god you have glasses and curly hair I need a picture " pidge was laughing . "I think it suits him " hunk smiles and nods at me "I didn't have time I slept in and no picture please pidge " she smerked until she looked at hunk who was giving her the evil eye " okay okay fine no picture unless you step out of line" we shook hands I didn't think she was serious though we left the house and met shiro and Adam they drove to the fair we had agreed to meet up at Starbucks I got a caramel frap and a strawberry one for Keith because they were almost here and it's his favorite and we wouldn't have time if they went on so I got Keith's and Adam and shiro got the rest . They pulled up they all got out it's been 4 days since I saw Keith I ran over to him to give him his drink And tell him that I missed him when I reached him he didn't wait he grabbed me and pulled me into I tight huh kissing my face "hello to you too Keith I missed you so much " he dug his face into my neck " okay love birds come on" he lifted his head to the group laughing and all with their drinks " okay and do I not get a drink no far" he complained "actually I have it but you didn't give me a chance to give you it one strawberry frap for Mr samurai" his pout quickly changed to a smile "thanks sharpshooter" we walked up to the entrance "can we have 9 wristbands please" the man nodded and typed it into the register " that will be $45 please" everyone started to pull out their money but before they could I had pushed my card in and payed he handed me the bands " thank you sir" and we walked in " why did you do that" they all had a go at me for paying some trying to give me the money back " I told you my treat did you forget" I laughed " and we told you no 4 times lance" "oh well to late let's go I wanna go on the rides keefffy come onnnn" I skipped off Keith running to catch up the others went off in different directions I let Keith pick the ride he chose a roller coaster not gonna lie it dose look kinda scary but Keith won't let me get hurt I don't think so anyway.
We went up I felt my stomach drop my eyes shut my body tenses I tried to scream but only a small squeak came out I felt a tug on my hand Keith was holding on I dug my head into his neck he held on giggling at me as the ride went on. We went on ride after ride we were on the Ferris week and when he was looking away I took a picture.

The sun was about to set the group decided they were going to go home I asked Keith if he wanted to go the beach his face lit up he smiled like the Cheshire cat "yes I love the beach can we watch the sun set" fuck he is cute i took his hand and told Adam I'd message them to get us I lead Keith down the beach watching him smile " follow me " I took him to my spot and waited because when the sun sets its the perfect place to be a warm glow fills the little private beach

I had all his favorite foods in a basket is smile grew large his eyes sparkled and I feel in love again we watched the sun set we eat the food Keith was so happy and seeing him smile made me feel like I was able to fly he was getting tired I could see his eyes dropping "want to go home " he looked up at me "not really can I stay with you tonight and I like the hair and the glasses you should sleep in more often" I couldn't help but giggle at him "okay I'll ring Adam to come get us then" he rolled his eyes can we go on the subway we made our way down to the subway just in time we were on the way home when I saw a flash my head shot up to Keith grinning at me phone in hand " oh god Keith let me see that "

"delete it now I look so bad please " he shook his head " I love it I'm keeping it" we got off and walked back hand in hand when we got back I went to the bathroom to get changed while Keith found one of my hoodies to sleep in when I walked in he was crying "what's wrong Keith don't c.." "You your your cheating on me you are going out with nyma I saw your message and you were going to leave me why Lance you where my best friend" Keith I don't know what you are talking about cal.." "hello shiro c-can you 'hic' come get me I'm at 'hic' lances I want to come home" "Keith please talk to me I can explain it's not.." "goodbye Lance I'll talk to you when you want to tell me why and apologize " I felt my heart drop tears filled my eyes I sat on the floor back to the door sobbing I could hear the sobs of Keith I would love to walk out and hold him but he will just push me away " k-k-keith p-please come back to me p-please" I sat and cried till my eyes burned I was sick I slowly drifted off in a puddle of tears hugging his hoodie he had left on the sofa hoping he would come back I would never cheat on him he was my life.
