Evo Austin's POV . . .

"Good Morning, Mr. Kim! Thank you for giving us time. My name is Evo Ashton, the CEO of this company and here is our proposal..."

I was about to start my report but ... "Mr. Villafuerte is the one who send me email so he supposed to be the one who is reporting right now." Mr. Kim said.

"I'm sorry, Sir but Mr. Villafuerte is currently not available. But, we will give you an additional 5% share on this project if you accept it." Angela said.

"Let's re-sched it then. I want Mr. Villafuerte because we already talked and made an agreement. I want to talk to him in person." Mr. Kim said.

"With all due respect, Mr Kim. May I know your agreement?" Angela asked.

"Just talk to Mr. Villafuerte. By the way, just let my secretary know when will be the meeting. I'll have to go." He said and walk out from the conference room.

"So, you didn't know that fvcking agreement??" I asked to Angela.

"Hindi, hindi ko alam." she answered.

Fvck. Napasabunot ako sa buhok ko. Ang lakas kasi ng loob niyang gumawa ng agreement na di man lang alam ni Angela.

I noticed that she took out her phone from her pocket and call someone. She was about to leave but...

"Bakit ka pa aalis?" I asked.

"Walang signal dito eh."

"Are you going to call Villafuerte?"

"Oo, itatanong ko yung agreement."

I followed her since we reached the rooftop. She started to call Villafuerte then pressed loudspeaker.

"Patrick?"

[Uy, Zup? Napatawag ka?]

"Nakagawa na pala kayo ng agreement ni Mr. Kim, bakit di mo sinabi sa akin?"

[Heyyy! Sinabi ko sayo. Pinuri mo pa nga ko kasi ang galing kong mangbola eh. Diba after kong isend yung email, he immediately replied back and I asked for a video call then pumayag siya. Laptop mo pa nga yung ginamit ko diba? Nakalimutan mo na?]

I gave her a death glare and she smiled and gave me a peace sign.

"Oo nga pala pero diba 3% additional share lang yung sinabi mo? Kasi kanina, hinahanap ka niya tapos tinanggihan niya yung 5% additional share na offer namin."

[Nasa agreement din kasi na may 1 month free accomodation sila ng family niya once na maging okay na yung hotel na itatayo. Diba, nasa tabi naman kita nung nag-uusap kami?]

"Ah shit, oo nga pala noh! Pero huy, ikaw yung gustong makausap. Anong gagawin ko?"

[I can go to the company just to close the deal with Mr. Kim, if Evo wants too.]

"Sige, ako na bahala dun. Bye, Patrick! Thank you a lot!"

She ended the call.

"What did you say?" hindi makapaniwalang tanong ko.

"We need him, hubby! Sayang naman yung kay Mr. Kim, kikita tayo ng malaki and makakatipid din at the same time at dahil yun kay Patrick." she said.

"Dahil kay Patrick? How many times do I need to tell you that I can do it? Hindi na natin siya kailangan." sabi ko sakanya.

"Pero, hubby..."

"Trust, Angela! Trust! I'm your husband pero mas may tiwala ka pa sa Ex-Boyfriend mo." sabi ko sakanya.
