The sky was blue. The wind was cold. The sun was bright. Looking up at the bluish sky where the birds flew high and clouds seemed soft, her sorrow and pain seemed insignificant. The world still moves on regardless of her grief.

There wasn't any point as to why God showed her such scenery. It was like God was mocking her for taking life so lightly. Why couldn't God show her gray colored clouds covering the beautiful blue sky turning such bright day to dark one? The one that'll cause its clouds to cry out rain and pour down to her face masking her tears as downpour rain. Even under such circumstance, God didn't give her the boon to hide her sad life in the darkness.

She walked on sluggishly wearing blood covered tattered pants and loose ripped shirt, showing a piece of her torn bra. Her baggy dark stained shirt that extends to her thighs, with her head down hoping nobody could see the tear stained face she was making.

She breathed hard and caught her breath as she tried to bear the pain radiating down between her thighs. Her legs almost giving in a few number of times due to exhaustion, she placed her hand on her nape and cried with shame and fear. There were signs of bumps and dents with tinge of her blood traced on her nape. A fresh blood-tinged bite mark that stings like hell and regret that gnaws on her soul.

She's not okay.

She was not okay.

She reached for the back of her head and untiedthe lace that wrapped her long golden hair turning it loose to hide the shameof the mark. The mark that was made on a drunken night by her unsuspectingdrunk alpha mate. She was just bitten by an alpha. She has just been marked.Marked like the possession she hated to be.
