Anna
To be honest, it didn't really take me long to get to Elsa's castle this time around. At least she kept it in the same place. But before going there, I decided to pay my parents a visit and as I did, I saw Elsa's grave.
The ground was still covered, but this time snow covered it.
I walked up to it and kneeled, touching it lightly with my bare hand. The snow was cold to my bare skin, but I it was also a lot colder than snow would usually be.
Frowning, I wiped snow away from the grave to find ice covered it, and there was something under the ice.
I looked closer, but then screamed with freight and scrambled back away from the grave. I got to my feet and saw an old women laying in Elsa's grave in her place.
By the way she died, it looked like her neck had been snapped. "Elsa did this?" I wouldn't of believed it but after everything she's done, I might as well.
My heart was thumping loud in my chest, and I turned away from the graves and the old women, walking back to the castle.
By the time I got there, it started to get dark. Luckily, there were two torches by the staircase of her palace, and I took one in my hand and was about to knock loudly on the ice door, when it opened.
Inside was pretty dark, I couldn't really see anything. Looks like she really was suspecting me, I thought as I made my way inside torch in hand.
The doors closed loudly behind me, making the torch flare more with orange fire. "Elsa?!"
My voice echoed through the ice walls of the palace as I walked towards the small balcony up ahead.
But then, I suddenly couldn't move. I gasped, looking down at my feet which were frozen solid. I touched the cold wall of ice that was beside me, trying to get out. When I heard a dark laugh.
My heart was beating faster than before as I looked back up towards the balcony to find Elsa. No wait, it didn't look like Elsa at all.
Her platinum blonde hair wasn't in a braid anymore, but it was fairly short. It stuck up with what looked like support from ice and on her head was an ice crown. Her ice dress was a much darker blue and instead of sparkling, it was lace with the two sleeves a little baggy and brighter than the rest of the dress.
Her skin was even paler and her eyes weren't blue anymore. No, they sparkled a bright red but also had a mix of her natural blue eyes.
She was smirking with satisfaction as I stood helpless. The only weapons me having was a torch that would go out any minute with her powers.
But of course I didn't really come here unarmed. Hidden within my boots was a knife that could extend to a sword. You know, just in case.
"Hello Anna," Elsa said, surprisingly softly even though she looked like she would kill me at any moment. "Like my new look?"
I didn't really want to piss her off, but I did have to admit she looked pretty good. But I wasn't going to say that. "I've seen better."
Elsa laughed, making her way down the icy stairs towards me. I was for sure she would make the torch go out, but she didn't. She just stood in front of me.
"I have been waiting for you for awhile, and I got bored so I decided to do this," she said, indicating her new look. "I got bored with the other so."
"I found the women you killed Elsa. The old women."
She laughed and turned away from me and, towards Olaf. He stood a few paces away from me, looking terrified and sad at the same time.
"That old women brought me back and was asking for a reward. And I gave her it. Death."
I shook my head, not understanding. "How could she bring you back? You were dead for five years!" "It's called magic Anna," Elsa said, sounding a little annoyed by that comment. "Though you wouldn't understand that, would you?"
She turned back to me, her eyes flashing the weird red again. "I met Timothy," I said changing the subject. I was hoping she would remember him by that, but no. She laughed again. "Right, that boy who ran of eh?"
She started walking away from me, but stopped dead when I yelled, "he was your best friend, right?!"
She looked at me, something filling her eyes. That's when I noticed, she did remember him. "How do you know that? Did he tell you? Oh, of course he did it's Timothy."
I frowned. "So, you do remember him?"
"How could I forget my best friend?" She started walking back towards me and to my surprise, unfroze my feet letting me free. "Then why....??"
"He told you didn't he?" She asked as she stopped right in front of me. Just a few inches away. "I didn't kill him because I remembered him. Everyday when I was locked away in my room, I saw him. I basically saw him grow up!"
"Then you knew that maid you froze solid was his mother?"
"Yes, I did. But she never liked me because she knew what I was capable of. Little brat deserved it." She sighed, feeling down.
"Some mothers past away unexpectedly," and she turned away from me again, and this time, letting the torch go out.
I was surrounded by darkness, calling out to her or Olaf. But suddenly I felt a horrible pain in my stomach, making me collapse to the ground.
Then everything became light again and I saw Elsa standing a few feet away from me, holding her hand out wards towards me. I looked down towards my stomach, noticing she had punched me with ice.
"I just learnt that one," she stated, grinning.
I growled, and watched as she turned away and walked over to a wall of ice, giving me the chance to reach into my boot and bring out the knife. I kept it as a knife though, as I slowly rose to my feet, keeping quiet so she wouldn't turn around.
Elsa reached her right hand and placed it gently on the ice wall, smiling. "I never thought I would love my powers Anna. But I do now, their wonderful."
As she talked, I raised the knife over my head, ready to throw. Obviously I didn't really want to throw it, but I had to figure out what had happened to me that night. But I knew she wouldn't tell me willingly. I was ready to take the chance.
She stopped talking, noticing I wasn't saying anything. "Anna?" Right when she was about to turn around, I threw the knife.
It twirled in the air, digging itself into her right hand.
