Mama says I'm beautiful
That those kids know less
I try to believe her
' Cause mothers know bestHow can I be beautiful
when all I am is ugly?
From the tallest hair on my head
to the pinkie of my toe?Mama always brags
that she ain't raise no ugly baby
But little does she know
that-that's exactly what she didBeing the only child don't help either
No sister to tell me how beautiful I look
No brother to tell me how stupid I am for believing that I'm ugly
No younger siblings to aspire to be as beautiful as me when they grow up
No older siblings to beat up the kids who call me ugly
I'm all alone
