*A Few weeks Later*

I was getting dressed to go to the hospital. There was a knock at the door.

"I'm coming!" I said going to open the door with my bottom scrubs and my sports bra on.

"Hey beautiful. I came to see if I can have the honor of taking you to work" Audrey said

I rolled my eyes smiling

"You take me to work almost every morning." I said reminding him.

He smirked giving me a hug coming inside. I went to the back and finished dressing and came out.

"I'm ready." I said

"Aight, let's go", he said grabbing my hand.

He closed and locked the door for me. And opened the car door like he usually does and closed it for me. He was such a gentleman to me for us to only be "Friends".

Once I got to work and was about to get out the car, he grabbed my arm pulling me back in the car.

"Can I at least get a hug or a kiss goodbye?" He asked smoothly making me blush.

"I'm only gonna be in work for a few hours...I'm just covering someone shift today." I reminded him.

He nodded getting out the car as I did the same. He came up and put His arms around my waist giving me a tight hug and kissed my neck.

"I will pick u up at 3 this time right?" He asked.

I nodded as he let me go as I walked off. I turned around for a quick second only to have him still standing in the same spot where I left him, checking me out the whole time until I got into the building.

After I dropped my girl off...yes that's right I said MY GIRL!

I considered her as mines even though she doesn't know it. She is very independent about herself but sometimes I wish she would open up to me a little more instead of brushing it off to the side as if it wasn't important. I just want her to understand that I ain't Heat. Yes I work with that nigga in the streets and I do the same shit he does ( working wise). But I ain't him.

I drove to my hotel room to get my bags that I packed up. It was time for me to check out. I went up the elevator to get to my door only to see ol girl I fucked one time a while back. I got to my door not even putting my attention on her.

She sucked her teeth.

"So u just gon ignore me like this?"

I ain't even answer I was worried about getting the room key out.

"Audrey! I know u fuckin hear me! Why haven't u called me? I been leaving messages and voicemails and u haven't hit me back up." She said grabbing my arm.

I glared at her as she let go of me.

"Listen QuiShauna-"

"Its Quitana." She corrected me

"I don't care about yo ghetto ass name just listen and get this shit thru yo head. You was just a fuck. Like u said I haven't hit yo ass back nor called u for a reason, because obviously you wasn't important. And don't take this personal but yo sex game was weak as fuck. Now if you would excuse me, I got shit to do." I said going inside the room closing the door in her face. I grabbed my bags and I waited a Lil longer cause I knew her ass would probably be out there. Then after a good 15min of waiting I had left out went to the front lobby to check out and I put my clothes in my trunk. I had wondered if Indiana would have a problem with me staying with her until my house was done. I had went to the warehouse and Heat was in the back counting money. I dapped him up.

"Nigga where u been?" He asked.

"I was with Lil shorty, taking her to work. Her car in the shop right now."

He looked at me.

"You been hanging around her too much. Ion like that shit." He said.

"Well, she ain't got no problem with it. And y'all ain't fuckin around no more so there for ima do me and whatever the fuck I please" I said.

He mean mugged me but I wasn't scared of his ass. I known Heat for a long ass time when he first got in the game he kept shit on the low. I always knew he had a girl but I never knew it was Indi. I see why he kept shit on the low and why he left her but I would never put someone of mine like that in no jeopardy of getting hurt. Heat didn't even tell her the real truth of what he actually did and got locked up for, she had to find out the hard way. But with me...I ain't gon hide shit from her...she can be down with me making money for all I care. She would be my property. Me and her could make millions. We can open up a lot of businesses and she can start her dreams like she wanted while I stack up drug money and legal money. Me and her would be on top of the world. But I need to get inside her heart and get her to open up to me. And that's gon be hard cause I know some part of her stuck on Heat. And some part of her hates him.

"Naw nigga, I might have known yo ass for a long time but u know u can't come between me and indi. She know I get to her deep inside no matter how much she hates me." He said.

I smirked.
