A. Sometimes It's Stuff I See Around My House, Town, School, etc. Or Sometimes It's Something I Hear, Or I'll Just Get A Random Burst Of Inspiration

A. Last Summer I Was Diagnosed With Costochondritis, An Condition Based Around Inflammation In The Chest Which Affects The Breathing. My Doctor Recommended Multiple Websites To Help, But One Of My Girlfriends Recommended ASMR To Help Me. One Year Later, It Still Helps To Calm Me Down, So For People Who Have Medical Conditions, Insomnia, Anxiety, etc., I Try To Throw It In To Let Them Know That It Is A Technical Treatment
