The bond between siblings

Rosé was completely exhausted for everything that had to be done at school, with the decorations, the arrangement and everything else. She was lucky to get the free time this afternoon, she laid in bed the while time until it was time to patrol

When she got out of her room, she found Jennie sleeping on the couch. She decided to not disturb her since she didn't have the heart to, Jennie just looked so peaceful and content when she's sleeping.

Rosé strolled around the Academy for a long time seeing no one and when she got near the leader's bathrooms she heard a girl crying, Rosé didn't see the face of the girl but decided to wait for her to be done so she could escort the girl to her common room

She sat there for a while when it hit her

That crying sounds familiar

The last time Rosé heard this is when Ariana fell down the stairs when Rosé was 14

"Ari?"

the girl didn't respond but Chaeyoung immediately sat beside her. Ariana looked at her big sister in shock

"What are you doing here?" Ari asked

"Not the problem, What happened?" Chaeyoung asked

With that, Ari's bottom lip started trembling before she burst into tears again, Chaeyoung wrapped an arm around her little sister and tried to calm her down. Even with their differences, the two loved each other even though they don't show it

"I feel like a fool for crying," Ari said wiping her tears and looking at Chaeyoung

"Never be ashamed to cry.. tears are meant to cleanse the soul, they may not change the situation you're in but they do help," Chaeyoung said with a small smile

"You're right"

they sat there until Ari asked a question

"Why.."

"Because I love you," Chaeyoung said knowing what her sister would say

"Really? I thought you didn't cause all you do is prank and tease me"

Chaeyoung looked down in shame "I-I know I'm not the best big sister to you and It's fun to tease you and all that but... you're my sister. You're a good person, a sweet girl. You deserve someone better than me as your unnie" Ari wanted to correct that but Chaeyoung went on " And this thing with Jennie, I know you want me to stop bothering her, I understand. Because I've been selfish, arrogant and a bad sister. But even if she doesn't return my feeling, she already made me a better person. I'm going to say this now, I'm sorry.. I'm sorry Ari that I haven't been the best big sister, I should've paid more attention to you. I can't change what I've done in the past but I can change myself for the future and to have a better relationship with you . But after all the things that has happened I love you. I love who you are as a person and who you'll grow up to be, so would you still accept me to be your unnie?"

"Of course Unnie" Ari said hugging Chaeyoung and Chaeyoung smiled

"I love you too, you know. And" Ari said with a smile "I always wanted to hear that you loved me too" with that Chaeyoung felt sad because she never told her sister that she loved her, Chaeyoung again thought on how a bad sister she is

"Why are you crying here?"

"Ummm....." Ari said her smile fading "Jacob broke up with me"

Chaeyoung twitched "What?" She said " You had a boyfriend? You're too young, and If this is the Jacob I think, he's one year older than you!"

Ari gave Chaeyoung her stern look "Just because you've never been in a relationship doesn't mean I can't. I didn't tell you because I didn't want to. But long story short, We went out for six months and he broke up with me at the bus station"

"Why?" Chaeyoung said wanting more reasons why she should hurt that Jacob

"Because I wouldn't have sex with him," Ari said being straightforward

Chaeyoung was pretty much furious with Jacob but held her anger to talk with her sister "Well... I'm glad you made the right decision"

"Right"

"You realize he's going to die right? And for the fact that your sister is the leader of the blacks and your best friend is the leader of the pinks," Chaeyoung said with a murderous grin on her face

"I don't want you guys to go in prison, so just rough beating I guess?" Ari said with a smile

"He'll end up like Kai," Chaeyoung said "Maybe even worse"

Ari laughed and smiled "I'm okay now, so can I go back to my common room"

"Do you need any assistance?" Chaeyoung asked

"No"

"I'll take you there," Chaeyoung said

"fine"

The two chit-chatted and when they arrived at the Enteil common room, Ari bid goodbye and went to sleep

*texting*

Chaemunk: Jinyoung-ah get your butt out of bed and meet me outside your common room, same as you Daniel

Dandan: coming

Chaemunk: okay, Jinyoung!

Jinyoung: don't want to

Chaemunk: I'll reveal who your crush is

Jinyoung: Fine

The siblings talked after the boys calmed down and made a plan
