Hyungwon

Allison wrung her fingers as she paced in front of his front door, wondering and panicking and worrying.
She was absolutely terrified to say the least.
She went to knock on his door, but stopped before her fingers made contact with it.
What was she thinking? She couldn't go through with this. She was an idiot for thinking she had enough courage to do something like this.
Sighing, frustrated and ashamed, she turned around to walk away.
"You have been pacing in front of my door for five minutes." A sleepy voice said behind her, causing her to freeze and her eyes to widen. "You woke me up." This was followed by a sigh.
She turned around and cringed, her face turning red. "Sorry."
He considered her for a moment. He was leaned against the doorframe, his arms crossed, his head tilted and his eyes half-lidded.
He somehow managed to look good even in pajamas and just waking up.
Allison's chest constricted as she took him in.
He jerked his head, beckoning her to come. He wasn't a very verbose person and after being friends with him for years, she didn't even need words to have a full conversation with him.
She slowly made her way up the pathway and stood in front of him.
He tilted his head further before suddenly taking her arm and pulling her into him. She gasped, surprised, as he wrapped his arms around her and nuzzled his head in her neck.
Her face turned even redder as she realized her heart was beating so hard he could probably hear it, feel it even. She hesitantly brought her arms up and wrapped them around him. They stood there so long, hugging each other, that she worried he'd fallen asleep.
She wondered what the deal was with him. He'd been acting strange. Nothing too drastically noticeable, but enough to make her think. He'd been more affectionate lately. Hyungwon was never the type to be touchy, but recently there have been random acts of affection and little touches. Maybe she was just reading into things, may-
"Allison." She jumped when she heard her name.
"Huh?" She replied, still dazed by the fact he was still hugging her.
"I can hear the gears in your mind working overtime, I can feel your heart drumming against my chest, and I don't think you're breathing. Calm down, relax. I don't need you passing out." He said softly in her ear.
Calm?
Relax?
How the hell was she supposed to do that when he was trying to kill her?
She took a deep breath nonetheless, not that it helped.
"Allison?"
"Yes?" She said, her voice a bit steadier.
The bit of strength she regained didn't last for long, neither did the strength in her legs as he whispered in her ear. If he weren't holding on to her so tight, she would have crumpled to the ground.
"I think I might be in love with you."
