Chapter One- Bell's Point Of View

Everything was going nicely. The wind was blowing just enough to make Bell sway back and forth, making soft dinging noises as she went. She felt a sense of serenity, just sitting alone on the deck.

Some footsteps behind her made her turn around. "Oh…Hey Taco…" She said, her face falling. After Taco broke her heart, it was hard for her to forgive her.

"Listen, Bell. You can't go anywhere since we're on this boat and all…And…I just wanted to apologize." Taco sighed. "I know I really hurt your feelings and all…And I really feel bad."

Bell's face softened. She looked around. Nobody was there. Nobody could step in and give her the opportunity to leave the conversation.

"Well…" She started to say, looking into Taco's eyes. "I dunno if I can forgive you…You kinda…" She looked away, feeling her cheeks get hot under the pressure. "You broke my heart, Taco." She stated softly, tearing up a little.

"Bell…" Taco was reaching for Bell's side. Bell flinched but didn't object.
"I am so, SO sorry for what I did. I can make it up to you, just…" Taco pulled her hand away just as it was going to touch Bell's surface. "Please forgive me!"

Bell thought for a moment before saying, "Okay. I'll give you another chance." She smiled at Taco. "Please don't mess this up."

"I promise I won't! Don't worry!" Taco looked relieved. "Thank you so much…Book and Lollipop are giving me a hard time."

"Really? They're STILL bullying you?" Bell rolled her eyes. "They're starting to piss me off a bit. Oh, forgive my language."

"Eh, it's no problem. Hey look, the moon is coming up…Isn't it beautiful?" Taco asked.

"I don't wanna look…How do I know there isn't a twinkle up there?" Bell asked, closing her eyes.

"Everyone is on the ground and nobody has the twinkle, Bell."

Bell let out a soft groan and looked up. The moon was beautiful. "Oh." She said softly.

"It's almost as pretty as you, Bell."

Heat rushed to Bell's cheeks as she looked at Taco. "W-what!?" She stammered.

"Oh, nothing…" Taco was blushing herself.

Bell was silent for a moment. Then she slowly got closer to Taco with a smile. Taco didn't know what to do for a moment, then she wrapped her arm around Bell.

And that's how they stayed for most of the night.
